This was great so far but recently the unit stopped connecting. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty just under 2 years old. The doorbell is hardwired and sitting in direct sunlight so its discolored on the bottom section. So for almost 2 years it worked fabulous, did disconnect a few times but not many. I thought it was worth the money and very, very, very, few missed video clips.

Great unit, easy to install and use. Have other arlo units as well.

I have used this for a year now and have had no issues setting it up or using. The monthly fee is reasonable for what you get.

This doorbell was easy to install, and works great. I love that it lets me save the videos to my phone easily.

Overall, this product works well. I replaced a Ring doorbell with this, and I've been satisfied for the most part. I was surprised that the my iPhone actually rings as if I am receiving a call when someone rings the doorbell; my Ring didn't do that. I'm not sure if I like that feature or not, TBH. I am disappointed that I cannot see video from the doorbell in the Apple Home App/AppleTV without a hub. I didn't know this when I bought (I'm sure it was on the box), but I wasn't disappointed enough to return the doorbell. I'm sure I'll eventually buy a hub.

I love it. It catches everything! I no longer have to worry about what’s going on outside or who may be at my house when I’m not home. Thanks Arlo!

Super happy with this new doorbell. Easy install. Had to update my transformer which the website helped me locate and update. Works great

I had the Arlo camera system so it was easy to connect the doorbell to it. Easy setup and the camera is amazing. Strongly recommend it

Working great. Easy to install but had to do some upgrades on our 31-year-old door chime. After that, it was smooth sailing and has worked perfectly

Best purchase of 2020!! The Arlo video doorbell serves its purpose quite well. Provides total peace of mind as a secondary security.

We are enjoying our Arlo doorbell. We love that multiple people can access the doorbell videos and have some piece of mind when receive packages. The one issue is the audio, when talking back and forth with someone. It has such a long delay that it’s really hard to talk to someone. We had another video doorbell at another house and we never had that issue.

My transformer didn't have the juice to properly power this video doorbell, so I ended up returning it, but I'm not going to knock off any stars for that issue. This seems to be a solid product with good build quality, great looks, and a desirable feature-set. My only gripe is that this product - and other such products - require ample power to function properly and reliably; more power than some older homes might have driving the doorbell system. Do yourself a favor: buy a voltmeter and test your wiring at the doorbell to ensure sufficient power.

I love how you can select for animals or people or vehicles.

This camera is great, it works Greta, however there is a little lag from camera to notification. But other than that I highly recommend it

Overall I'm pretty happy with Arlo. The features and function of the doorbell made it a great add-on to our existing Arlo cameras.
