Works great every time and was very easy to install.. just what I expected from Arlo products..

overall I'm happy with the video doorbell. The only downside has been of late, it loses contact with the Home Base unit and hasn't been recording video. I've tried several times on suggestions of how to correct the problem through the Arlo communities but it hasn't resolved the problem and other users believe it might be a software issue.

Really like Arlo products, Had the cameras So got the doorbell to go with. All work great together.

It took me about 45 minutes to install due to having to drill into brick, but the setup was straight forward. Very good picture quality. I suggest getting the wired version over wireless so you don't have the battery issue to deal with.

Door bell is awesome. Very clear and good video quality and has great features.

Installation should clarify 3500 base station not supported else everything worked great

Have the whole Arlo sustem. There are great features at a high level but many “glitches” in the app where cameras are not always accessible when you want them to be and only one person can be logged in and viewing a camera at a time. For the system price, I think there are better security options out there.

Got rid of my Ring for this. Well worth it. Much better camera quality than the Ring

Arlo doorbell is the only doorbell that was compatible with Alexa and Google, has low profile and such vast feature set - such package identification, recording messages and every single doorbell rings on my phone as phone call - i am very happy with video resolution and the camera coverage - this bell actually talks ! and walks the talk :)

The actual doorbell works fine. Video quality is good, audio is good. The problem is the app. It crashes when you try to answer doorbell remotely and sometimes when your viewing videos They really need to support HomeKit secure video but they won’t.

I would have rated this higher except that there are limited options for how it is mounted. You can either mount it flat against a wall or it comes with an extra pice that gives you a bit of an ability to aim it in a different direction. But in real life, that's pretty limited and not as functional as it could be.

Once setup it works great. I had to do a lot of reading online to find out that I needed to upgrade my doorbell transformer to a 16V 30VA in order for my doorbell chime to still work with the video doorbell installed. Arlo says you need between a 16V or 24V 10VA transformer, but my existing 16V 10VA was not enough.

My wife and I recently bought a home and wanted a camera to help us with security, especially with a little one in the house. This camera has great image quality and the app is very easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Love this product. The wired version is best in my opinion as you do not need to charge.
