I think Arlo is a very good doorbell overall but after 3 months they will ask you do to a plan with them to save your videos. I do not know what expect, and didn't receive any information about it in the moment I bought the device. I do not have any intention to have a monthly plan.

Excellent doorbell! I swapped from Ring to the Arlo! Great having all my cameras under one app!

I found the doorbell okay to install - it would have been better to have both metric and english measurements for drillbit needed, call out that certain parts have one-use sticky backs, and offer an easy to find PDF for those who do not want to continuously rewind the video.

I like the doorbell. It rings and also calls my cellphone It does have a delay, so the idea of instant communication isnt what i thought it would be.

Keep an eye on everything! Helps with seeing who is at the door without any surprises.

It is everything it said it is! Very easy to install with existing wiring. Excellent 180 degree field of view. Plan to get one for other door.

This is because Arlo is having connectivity issues with mesh routers. Was able to finially connect via the guest wifi but I don’t know the potential home network security risks that may cause.

Works as Advertised would recommend it I think it’s the best video doorbell camera on the market

Worlds better than the first doorbell Arlo put out. The video is crisp and the sound is clear.

We installed it on an older house, so we had to change transformer for the chime. After that, it works great. Of all the video doorbells, this one gives you the best view. You can see the person's whole body. Nothing is cut off.

Awesome product was easy to set up. The app was painless and easy to use.

Only issue is with some type of “static” sound. Picture is pretty clear. About a 6 - 7 second delay from activity to camera notification. The background noise is the most annoying. Arlo Community also has seen several complaints about the background noise.

Product worked as described. The installation was easy and the picture was clear.

The doorbell install was very easy. The only problem I've had is trying to install to arlo hub. When I select the option for directions to install to hub screen goes blank. Right now it working but is not installed on hub. Also the free trial comes with doorbell will not allow me to add other arlo camera to plan to try.
