Why did I wait so long?!

Just get this one! Installation instructions with their app made it super easy. My old doorbell is the original for my 1981 house and I had no trouble with replacing it. As everyone mentions, the camera provides a much wider view than Ring...it's amazing how clear and detailed the view is and every time it tells me correctly if it's an animal, person, or vehicle. Just get it...best $150 investment for your house you'll every make and if you wait a couple weeks you'll find it on sale for less.

Great product if you want to pay monthly

ARLO doorbell

Picture quality is great but the voice quality is not. It is garbled at times. I do like how it works with our Alexa Echo.

Piece of mind

It is another great piece of mind to have around the house to go with our cameras. I love being able to talk through it, if someone is at our door and we aren't home. It also detects if a package is left at the door, a person, animal or vehicle too.

Solid door camera

The night vision works better with the porch light on as there is no spotlight like the Arlo 3. This doorbell camera comes with an optional angled mount.
