Wish I'd gotten around to returning it during the return window. Not worth it at all. Plus after the trip, the system doesn't store ANY motion. Other cameras Ive seen stores a shorter duration, this one doesn't store anything

Videos Do Not Save to Arlo Base Station

I also am very disappointed that it does not save videos to my Arlo base stations like the Arlo camera do.

Tried for a few hour, resetting the device on the back at least 7 times and it would ding every time it saw the photo on the phone. Wifi on the phone is set up exactly as the Arlo network but still undiscoverable. Worse yet when you go back inside the app it has you punch all the information in there again. Certain times it makes you go through all the installation steps to get to the wifi set up. Horrible app needs to be fixed. Now waiting for tech support to call sometime today to assist. Its interesting that the reviews are so good on this device but when you go to the Arlo community and support there are numerous problems with getting this device to join the network.

I kept all the same wiring and even used the old transformer to power the Arlo. The upgraded monthly plan works good at determining if there is a package, person, or vehicle. The video is a bit slow when you want to answer the doorbell on your phone, but so are most video doorbells.
