When we bought our house, it came with a different brand. It wasn't horrible but we wanted something with a better wifi connection. This has definitely done the job. The camera is sharper, getting actual notifications of movement is nice and the app is pretty easy to learn. It also integrates fairly well with Google Home. You can still view the camera, you just can't talk through it. Not a big deal for me but thought I'd let y'all know. Looking forward to getting the Arlo XL cams next for around the house.

This doorbell camera works much better than the Ring doorbells that I had. The installation was very easy and quick. The clarity of this doorbell camera is pretty good. The only negative thing I can report is that sometimes the motion sensor is delayed. Overall, it’s worth the money.

Installed quickly and works great. There is a short lag between the doorbell and my phone, between barely noticeable to a few seconds sometimes, but I guess that's to be expected. Video and audio are clear and I'm happy I didn't pay more for the Google doorbell.

We live in a house built in 2000. We've done a lot of upgrading over the years. Installing Arlo was the easiest project we've ever taken on! Everything you need is included (minus screwdrivers). Easy step by step instructions. Great quality video and audio. Only a 3 second delay.

After reviewing multiple video doorbell options, I opted to purchase the Arlo and I was not disappointed. Installation was relatively easy and straight forward and once installed, you are up and running. Audio is also crisp and clear! Very much recommend this product.

This was pretty easy to setup! And it’s a pretty nice camera. The only downfall is that there is a decent delay with voice when the motion detection is triggered. By the time someone gets picked up by the motion detector and you get a notification they are already ringing your doorbell. Also can take a while for you to establish a connection when it calls you and your voice is delayed when trying to speak to the person at the door. It makes me feel like the person has been standing at the door for a while before you get any sort of feedback.

Our family of 6 runs really hard. This doorbell has become a great tool in allowing us to manage our home and peace of mind. Great video quality, intuitive integration and easy to use. Glad I purchased and would buy again.

So far so good. I'm starting with the Doorbell but plan to get cameras later. Very crisp picture, nice application, and easy to use. The hardest part of the install was finding my transformer .

Great video doorbell! It was actually better than we expected. Which was good because the cost was a little higher than we would have liked to paid. But it has awesome picture and video quality. And was very easy to set up and get up and running.

This doorbell is crystal clear even at night. The view is customizable and it even allows for conversation with the built in microphone and speaker. An affordable security add on that’s easy to install too.

Easy to install.. really like the paid subscription cuz it tells you when theres motion and let's tou know if it's a person animal vehicle .. however when syncing it to the wifi the name has to be exactly like on the router and I mean exactly or it wont connect. FYi

Make you have the correct voltage transformer before starting. Quick and easy installation just follow instructions. Two-wire installation. Clear video, doorbell calls you so you answer if desired or give instruction, Grandson love using it.

Needed a new door bell and we decided to go with a video doorbell. As we are Arlo users we stayed with the Arlo Video Doorbell. We are glad we did. Amazingly clear picture and audio. Easy to install - took about 20 minutes tops. Definitely recommend this product

Camera is reliable and works as designed; giving clear picture anytime there is motion near our entry. Easy to set up and easy to use the app. Makes a great value for the features it comes with and the ability to go back and look at past events.

I like the Arlo products because you can save your videos locally with the optional hub so you dont HAVE to pay for the online service like you HAVR to with google. I have insalled these for several people and they have good quality and a nice wide view. It helped that they lowered the price to get them under $100. The App also lets me switch between accounts fairly easily so I can keep an eye on my mother-in-law's house as well.

I really like the quality of Arlo, I have security camera's as well. This video doorbell I gave to my friend as a gift for his brand new home and he loved it.East to install and takes less than 15 min.I can say this is better than Ring video doorbell.

The camera works well and integrates well with my 2 other ArloPro- camera and base. The instructions in the app was helpful. It took a little bit of effort to get everything working, but most had to do with our old wiring, junction box location and our old doorbell chime . Basically our wiring was short and we had to change the transformer. Once we got it set up, we had trouble with the audio, Got it to work by resetting the base. Since then, it is working well. We had to make out activity zone much smaller than it looks like it should be, as it was recording vehicles coming down the road. With a little tweaking, I like the way it records. I do recommend it, although it's only been installed for less than a week.

I bought this video doorbell shortly after purchasing the Arlo Ultra four camera system. Installation took some effort as it required an addition to the indoor chime and swapping out the original doorbell. The chime cover would not fit following the Arlo addition and we had to order a larger one. It took a few attempts to get the doorbell to sync with the network. We recently upgraded our Wifi AP and had to reconnect the Arlo doorbell again, which took numerous attempts before it finally made the connection. Otherwise, it works quite well. Object detection is superb and so is the video quality. Despite the initial connection challenges, I would recommend this to anyone.
