So far, so good! My husband purchased this for me as a Christmas gift. The first one we got was defective. We exchanged it for another one. Btw-BB was great with a replacement! The new device is great! Have not had 1 issue with it! I really like the quality of the picture and sound on it. We wanted a doorbell camera due to the amount of packages I send out daily-own my own business and ship several packages out a week! If you are looking for a doorbell camera, I highly recommend this one! We will be adding a couple more cameras to the exterior of our home in the future. We will be going with Arlo cameras for those.

Excellent video quality and installation was very straightforward. Works very well with my other Arlo devices. Stick to all Arlo to make the monthly subscription less onerous

I bought this doorbell camera to replace my Vivint doorbell camera and can’t be happier. It was easy to install, the camera is a lot better and I don’t have to pay the Vivint monthly fee.

I purchased this wifi doorbell to replace a ring device that quit working on us after about 4 years. I wanted to try something new, and also wanted the more narrow shape for our entry spot. The device works great and I haven't missed the ring device at all. The subscription is required I believe, but it is sensitive to outside movement and the camera works great. Also, it paired with our home wifi network very easily. I definitely am satisfied.

It is a good doorbell camera and convenient. I do not have to buy a separate bell like the others and it works perfectly fine. Installing is a breeze no issues. Also that I bought it while it was on sale and save money. The video looks good, audio good, using my exist bell great and the app is good enough.

The doorbell works great from a video prospective. Easy to install. It calls your phone for doorbell rings. The doorbell sound is a little different and could be improved,

Arlo video doorbell is unmeasurable better than the RING doorbell. Better picture, easier playback. Oh, did I mention easier setup.Currently very pleased with this product!

My story with video doorbells is a long journey simply because of the doorbell chime I have installed in my house. The builder put a Nicor 18888 chime system in which is not compatible with much. I upgraded my chime to the Nicor PrimeChime Plus, but again that is only compatible with a few video doorbells and the Arlo vide doorbell is not one of them. So be sure you know what chime system you have before purchasing any video doorbell. With that being said, I will note that I have Arlo cameras around my exterior and I did use the Arlo Audio doorbell. Love them all, so I imagine this video doorbell would be great if I could use it.

The instructions were simple to follow and made it very easy to install. Great video quality and simple instructions to add to my existing Arlo system.

We are really happy with this Arlo Video Doorbell. The alerts are spot on and the videos are clear and sharp. We have it connected to our phones, tablets, and Lenovo Smart Display. All we have to do is ask Google to show us the doorbell and the video comes up on our smart display on our counter. It's an awesome feature. Our original doorbell transformer didn't have enough power for the Arlo, so I had to get a new transformer and install it. From what I've read, this is not unusual for almost any video doorbell. Again, we are very pleased with the Arlo Doorbell and would definitely recommend it.

Very easy to install. Great app, and picture. Simple to modify number of notifications received. Could have a simpler way to share with family members.

Arlo wireless video doorbell is excellent!! It works 10 times better than our ring doorbell ever did. We went to replace our broken ring doorbell which mostly stayed off line. We found the Arlo doorbell that cost less than 1/2 as much as a Ring doorbell. Since we have the Arlo cameras in our home that work really well we decided to try it. Better view and sharper picture and always seems to work so far.

Love it works great with all my other Arlo Ultras cameras. Great sets when someone comes to my house and calls me when they press the doorbell. They can everything leave a message.

The doorbell provides wide viewing angle and HD resolution image quality. The only complaint so far is the silent mode in Arlo app. The doorbell calls my cell phone when someone rings the doorbell. When I am at home, I don't need the incoming call. The Arlo app allows owner to turn off the incoming call and the chime together. There is no way to just disable the incoming call and leave the chime on.
