We are really happy with this Arlo Video Doorbell. The alerts are spot on and the videos are clear and sharp. We have it connected to our phones, tablets, and Lenovo Smart Display. All we have to do is ask Google to show us the doorbell and the video comes up on our smart display on our counter. It's an awesome feature. Our original doorbell transformer didn't have enough power for the Arlo, so I had to get a new transformer and install it. From what I've read, this is not unusual for almost any video doorbell. Again, we are very pleased with the Arlo Doorbell and would definitely recommend it.

My story with video doorbells is a long journey simply because of the doorbell chime I have installed in my house. The builder put a Nicor 18888 chime system in which is not compatible with much. I upgraded my chime to the Nicor PrimeChime Plus, but again that is only compatible with a few video doorbells and the Arlo vide doorbell is not one of them. So be sure you know what chime system you have before purchasing any video doorbell. With that being said, I will note that I have Arlo cameras around my exterior and I did use the Arlo Audio doorbell. Love them all, so I imagine this video doorbell would be great if I could use it.

Install and setup was simple and relatively quick. Performs well. Quality video with a wide field of view. Plenty of features in the app for adjusting settings.

I had the original Arlo doorbell and decided on a whim to replace it with this. I’m really glad I did! It was easy to install, synced quickly and is very clear.

Looks amazing but video glitches at beginning recordings I would think software update would fix that problem but otherwise it is a great device

Love it works great with all my other Arlo Ultras cameras. Great sets when someone comes to my house and calls me when they press the doorbell. They can everything leave a message.

The doorbell provides wide viewing angle and HD resolution image quality. The only complaint so far is the silent mode in Arlo app. The doorbell calls my cell phone when someone rings the doorbell. When I am at home, I don't need the incoming call. The Arlo app allows owner to turn off the incoming call and the chime together. There is no way to just disable the incoming call and leave the chime on.

So far so good. Fairly easy install. The audio/visual seems to work pretty good and so far the app is working well. I'm happy with the purchase.

As always with Arlo, great video. Very easy to install. Needs a horizontal setting. Does not require hub. But appears to require service plan to have access to cloud history.

I finally bought a video doorbell after comparison shopping for a couple of years! Soon to be ex-husband was no help at all. He left and I did it! I love my choice and it brings me peace of mind while going through the divorce.

We love our Arlo doorbell! It has a great camera. The videos are so crisp & clear. It was very easy to install as well. I love the added safety that it provides.

We have had the Arlo wired video doorbell for about a month now and are very pleased with the quality of the camera. Set up was fairly easy. Great product!

I have now had this doorbell for a while now. This was a great doorbell if you keep an active Arlo account. I'm a bit disappointed that this is not compatible with the Arlo plugin for Smartthings or Alexa. So if you think you can do all the cool things like use your amazons as a chime you can't. Arlo plugin will not see the doorbell. Also it becomes nearly useless without the Arlo Premium which like ring is rather expensive. Personally I would buy a Eufy if I could go back.

Easy to setup and install. I was happy to finally see a doorbell camera for the Arlo system. Picture quality is great and alerts/doorbell notifications are greatly appreciated.

Bought this to use my camera that watched my front door somewhere else. This has great clarity and excellent motion detection. Easy install that anyone could do.
