Easy to install and connect to existing chime. The installation process is basically following the phone app. I can see that could be difficult for certain chimes that don't wire like the ones i the photos. Luckily mine looks exactly like the one in the photo and it worked well. The thing I don't like is that I have to pay subscription to see the videos, when other doorbells like Eufy offer free videos.

This has been a great add to our home. we have it on silent so the dogs dont go crazy when someone rings the doorbell. you can see and hear all the way to the street

Was worry would be hard to install or that I would need to mess with a lot of wiring but I was done in under 20 minutes. Video quality is great too

We have the Arlo Pro 2 system and wanted to replace the front door camera with a proper video doorbell. Arlo did a great job with this product and it works well within the existing app. It is a bummer that it doesn't save videos to the hub's local storage like the Arlo Pro 2 cameras and it requires a subscription unlike the Arlo Pro 2 but those are minor gripes given how good this doorbell camera is. It is incredibly competitive on price as well.

Great video doorbell and an awesome price. Had a Blink doorbell/system and it was terrible. Arlo is SO much better and the doorbell is fantastic

This replaced a cheaper, older video doorbell that never worked right. Love the features and the ability to see clearly who is at the front door. The only problem I have had, unfortunately, is that I only get a gray screen when talking to the person at the front door but I hope future firmware upgrades can solve this problem.

Love the Arlo Doorbell. Had an issue connecting to my WIFI but called support and they resolved the issue. Wish there was no monthly reoccurring fee like my Arlo cameras but looks like thats where the industry is going.

The doorbell was great on the first day. It was easy to get installed and setup. What I hated was that even when adjusting the brightness it was still pick up a hot background during the day. So, you could really see nothing except the porch. Some of my neighbors have Nest Hello and the picture is very clear and it picks of great detail during the day. The second problem is I had to reset the unit every day because the video would show red, green, blue, and sometimes purple. Of course this is likely a problem with switching out of infrared when it is daylight, but that shouldn't be happening. Maybe I just got a dud, but I also had problems with their new cameras, so maybe the quality just isn't there anymore.

It work good with my arlo cameras one app and i see everything thats why i took the arlo. The only problem its with out the membership the door bell one don’t record the clips i am thinking of change it because of this but trying to work around it but other then this its great and look great

Just installed a few days ago. So far I like it. Video quality is good no issues with lagging so far. Installation was more difficult than the ring (previously used the ring). Had connection issues with my Arlo hub, but customer service was able to help me get everything working properly. Will update review in a few months.

Install was fairly easy with some basic electrical knowledge, and the guidance in the app. Now that I have had the camera a few months I can say this was well worth the $120. Plan on getting the $3/mo plan once the free trial runs out, these are almost useless without it, but that isnt unique to this doorbell (they all require subscriptions to be useful).

Great price does what it’s supposed to,picture is good. The reason why I gave it a four out of five is The app could be more convenient to use

Such a great video doorbell, very easy to use and looks great by our door. Video quality is super clear and love how great the microphone works. Only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is the latency issues. I've noticed about a 1-2 second latency, which for a security video is a bit disappointing.

I am thrilled with first and foremost the exceptional security it provides. The setup was super easy and very detailed instructions was probably one of the best provided. The app is super easy to use and the comfort it provides is top notch. I absolutely love my Arlo Video Doorbell. Not only to see live what is going on record on the fly but setting up motion zones. I absolutely love it.

It has a wider range than I thought it was going to have. It was also extremely easy to install and easy to set up the network. I would give it give stars if the app were better.
