Nice product. Just what I wanted and great price too. Easy to install.

I love the fact that it is wired so I don't have to worry about charging. Can differentiate people, cars, and animals. Just wish you didn't have to pay for the service. But 2.99 alone or 9.99 for a system isn't bad at all. Mount it well! Already looks like I had someone try to take it off my wall. When they couldn't, they pressed it and gave a story about how it was the wrong house.

Very easy to install and the directions are very clear as well. You can download the app and it will not only alert you when it detects activities such as person walking by or car driving by but if someone actually does ring the doorbell it can be directly connected to call your phone to answer if you were unable to answer the door.

The Wired Doorbell is great to not have to worry about batteries, video quality is pretty good and two-way audio make this a great doorbell. It was a little confusing, because I was trying to setup as part of my existing Arlo base station, but learned I had to setup directly on my house Wi-Fi, not the base stations Wi-Fi. All around a lot of features for a video doorbell.

Very easy to setup Video Doorbell from Arlo with any mechanical doorbell setup. Took less than 30 minutes. Only major gotchas was that the doorbell requires a 2.4Ghz WiFi connection so need to ensure that your phone and network are on that frequency during setup. Mechanically the doorbell installed quickly and easily. Overall video quality appears to be much better than my previous video doorbells.

I like how the doorbell differentiates between people, vehicles, and animals. However, I do wish there was a way for it to differentiate how close things are in the frame so it could ignore farther movements. We live on a busy street so it’s hard to check through everything in depth.

Video is good with wide angle capture. Ability to leave a message is nice. The delay before receiving notice on my cell is long but that is most likely the connection in my house. Overall, this is a good purchase and I have paired with Arlo pro cameras for home security purposes.

I see people buy Ring all the time I’m more of an Arlo fan, I decided to start with the doorbell and may I say it has been the best door bell I have seen, it’s super fast, super clear and it’s super smart, it detects animals and states it, vehicles and people. You can see live footage, and you are able to talk and expect the response to be really clear. I definitely recommend Arlo over Ring

Easy to install, quick and works fantastic. An added asset to our Arlo collection

I already have two Arlo camera systems and I was hoping that by adding a doorbell camera I could complete my camera security needs. The doorbell does not integrate as well as I hoped. Installation was easy and product quality is OK. I would hope that Arlo gives some software that lets me connect.

Very easy install if you’re familiar with basic tools. Step by step guide is nearly foolproof. The only step not clear is that you need to finish the app registration before the chime will work. I spent extra time trying to figure out if the wiring was off when all I needed to do was finish the steps in the app.

The camera quality is great and what I wanted. My only problem was the setup. I got stuck (and extremely frustrated) when the app kept saying it couldn’t find my arlo device when it was clearly on. It took my AT LEAST 15 tries/resets. Other than that, I am very happy with this product.

Works very well. I installed it on an older house. It didn't work at first. Turns out that I had to change the transformer for the chime. Now it's awesome. I can see my visiters from head to toe and still see my whole front yard including my cars in the driveway.
