It has a wider range than I thought it was going to have. It was also extremely easy to install and easy to set up the network. I would give it give stars if the app were better.

Great door bell and camera, video is perfect and install was a breeze

For the most part I'm happy with the product. Video is excellent, speaker is loud, app is pretty good, and cloud AI functions work for the most part. The bad: too much lag compared to other doorbells, especially noticeable when using 2 way talk. Big and no color faceplates.

A new security to stop theft. While it can be aa annoying alert it does work and very well. You have to customize it to your needs. If you have heavy foot traffic near your door it WILL alert you unless you set it to minimize or no audible alert. It will still save short video clips for 30 days. Alerts come to your phone no matter where you are.

We have it working on Wifi. Works great and shows a lot. I wish there was a feature to show video when doorbell rings rather than start an audio call, perhaps in a future software update! Had issues getting it working over the smarthub, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

This is a great doorbell camera! Amazing picture quality! You can adjust the sensitivity of the device to your preference so you don’t pick up every wind blowing a leaf around. BestBuy curbside pick-up made it simple to get my item. Pulled up, entered my spot # and 3 minutes later I’m driving home. Great service and great product. I would highly recommend!

I do love the camera, and how user friendly it is. I’m not super fond of when the doorbell rings, and your phone is locked, it doesn’t open up the app to view (I’m guessing this is due to Apple more than anything). It is very quick at picking up who is at my front door though.

easy set up and great quality in a wired doorbell camera.

Love the doorbell. Would have given it 5 stars but we had problems installing it. Mainly because the instructions were so easy. I made no allowances for the 'what if's' that probably happen to more than one of us. When we had the house built 20+ years ago little did we know the electrician did not use bell wire. He used wire that looked like a bowl of spaghetti rainbows. Hit and miss till we got the right combo. Yes we did install a new transformer because we figured that was outdated. Next was a wifi problem. Arlo refused to recognize my google mesh. I hooked up my old router and ran it thru the mesh to get contact. So that problem was solved. Finally got a successful link just in time to witness an Amazon delivery. How nice.

We had already purchased the arlo base station and cameras for the home. So when they came out with a doorbell we bought it. works flawlessly with existing wiring in the home (our home was built in 2001) and links up to the base station with ease. I think it works better than the Ring products because its using a dedicated network unlike some of the other products.

This has been a great add to our home. we have it on silent so the dogs dont go crazy when someone rings the doorbell. you can see and hear all the way to the street

JUst had it installed and my only regret is not getting two when they were on sale in December for $99! They are amazing to have! Picked up a raccoon that apparently lives next door just casually strolling by! Purchased because my old doorbell had died and I figured I would just get a video upgrade and I’m loving every second of it!

Set up was little quirky. Unit had no charge at all so I had to check postings and find it likely it didn't have enough charge? So after an hour I could finish up setup. And the blinking light is red. Not amber. I am very disappointed that when you ring the doorbell, it is impossible to set it up to ring on any Google speaker or display. Onky rings to phone or indoor chime. This is a major major shortcoming for this product that could be a no go for many people. By the time I got to install it I was too late to return. Nest cams ring right to display and show you who is at door automatically. That's worth the higher price. Aspect of camera view is nice, but not worth the absence of ringing to a display or speaker.

I have to say the setup of this doorbell was complicated. The doorbell system that I have was not of the standard doorbell system which was my issue. Once I installed a normal doorbell with chime, I was able to finally get the camera doorbell installed. I also had to upgrade my doorbell transformer to generate enough power (16v) for the doorbell. Anyone seeing the red and white light flashing on the camera should wait about 15 minutes. I waited and came back and the saw where the solid white light was visible. From there, I follow the instructions within the app. So far the camera picks up on the motions and doorbell. However, I have noticed that when talking live, the picture is really bad. Lots of gray pixels. Not sure what is going on with that. I am hoping with the next firmware update will correct this. One disappointing item is you will have to upgrade your plan to utilize all of the features with this camera. Over all I am pleased.
