Product is good, also watched the information youtube from the product manager. Easy to install with clear instructions. Kudos to Best Buy staff in store and those who are accurately updating the websites. Product was available in store and easy to find help from store staff

Purchased this video doorbell to go with my Arlo 4 camera system to monitor outside of the house. As I mentioned in the headline, it was a little finicky to setup, but once I had it figured out it was a breeze. Main reason I bought was for HomeKit compatibility and quality.

A great, product that's slim enough to fit in the tight space I have near my doorbell. The app is easy to use and speak into when someone is at the door.

Went from having a camera that was supplied by my alarm system company to the Arlo. Night and day difference when it comes to the video and audio quality. Highly recommend

I researched video doorbells and ultimately decided on the Arlo doorbell after seeing so many positive reviews. I'm happy I chose this one! It was easy to install and the app is great. I love the wide angle view and quick response. I would definitely recommend.

So far it has worked rather well. I was not aware that we have two cats doing mouse patrol in front of our house! Still learning all the functions, but it was mostly, plug and play.

Seems ok. It does have a few second delay but I am sure most cameras have it. Install was pretty easy. Connecting was a little tough but I got it done in a fair amount of time.

The original Arlo bell did not have video. It was well worth the wait. Image quality is very good. Audio could be a little better, but it is still pretty good for a doorbell.

Love the camera but Smart still needs some work. Overly sensitive and can't seem to turn off the notifications. I do love the ease of connecting all the devices together and using the app.

This was a replacement for an identical older unit. Works well, easy to install, great price

My Arlo video doorbell is very easy to set up I like the aesthetic of it versus the ring doorbell it has some great features such as being able to use a pre-recorded message when addressing people at the door the video feed is pretty good and the price point is affordable. I think the only downside is when you zoom in on the video it’s not as clear.

Works great. Bought a 4 pack of cameras as well. Had to use all battery powered and they last long and are easy to change in and out

The doorbell is nice and looks good, however delays are usual, sometimes people comes and go and are not seen at all. It may be because my internet speed is not the best but I am not sure.

We bought 2 of these, one for each door. It’s pretty amazing how it can tell animal, person, vehicles, or just motion. Arlo was so very helpful with setting them up and helping us with the phone app. Very happy with the performance with these.

Hooked up with no problem. Connected to my Arlo system and now records to my Arlo app. Doorbell pressed and it calls my Apple devices if needed. Would recommend if you are handy with wiring... though it walks you step by step through the process

the quality is way way way better then the ring doorbell. There is absolutely no comparison. Yes I did use to own the ring doorbell and cameras to compare. Arlo is nothing like I’ve seen on the market! Buy it!!! You will not be disappointed!

Best hardwired doorbell and camera all in one. Price point couldn’t be beat. Clarity of camera is top notch. Two way interactive talk works well. Easy to install and set up. Highly recommend — tossed out my other make and am glad I did!

Works very well. Easy to install. Wish there was a way to temporarily turn off alerts and recording so I don’t get 25 alerts when installing and removing Christmas lights.

Good overall. But after a year, some of the plastic parts have come undone. Understandably that has been brought on by sun damage. If I lived in a cooler climate, it might have stood up better.
