Good overall. But after a year, some of the plastic parts have come undone. Understandably that has been brought on by sun damage. If I lived in a cooler climate, it might have stood up better.

Easy to install and setup. Works great have had it for one month. Setup package alert and it rings my phone when someone pushed the door bell. Two way audio to speak to someone when they are at the door. Works with Google home.

Works very well. I have a small child and I was able to mute the loud chime in my house but I still get a video call when someone rings the doorbell. Very easy install with video/instructions on the app.

We replaced a Ring that never worked right. The Arlo has been perfect since installation and easier to install than Ring. Much better range too.

I have tried other doorbells and feel that arlo os the best one out there right now. You can set activity zones and it can distinct against persons, packages and animals. It does have a one second delay but is much faster than other cameras out there. The only thing I would change about it is I wish the nighttime camera was in colors and that is could record 24/7. You can change brightness, when it records and for how long. Also you can make schedules for each camera and also pick and choose which ones to arm.

I got this along with a pair of Arlo Q's and a trio of Pro4's. I had to factory reset the doorbell and one of the Pro 4's to get them to connect. Other than that, they installed beautifully and do exactly the job I've asked of them.

Easy. Better than trying to get an electrician to come to the house and actually do a good job.

I had a Ring doorbell for several years, It was more costly, software glitches almost weekly and after replacing it twice I tried the Arlo Better picture quality and no problems or outages It works like it should.

More difficult to install than instructions say but after many attempts to sync finally got. Great clarity in video and love how you can talk thru app to front door

This was extremely easy to set up and the quality is amazing. I am now purchasing a set of cameras to put in various locations at my home and looking to add a wireless doorbell at our back door. Can’t wait till other devices get here.

Best intelligent doorbell!!! Really impressed with the ability to accurately detect person, vehicle, animal, and packages. There is no lag time with alerts and the image quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend the Arlo doorbell.

I purchased the Arlo wired doorbell a week ago. The installation was easy. The video quality is excellent. The app is easy to navigate. Quality product.

We loved it when we installed it. But it disconnects from wifi constantly and it never reconnects on its own. So we have to continually reconnect it to wifi. Customer service has been relatively easy to get a hold of, but it doesn’t take away the pain that it is every time it disconnects. Funny Th ing is, customer service says it’s our internet, but we have a different light in the back and it has disconnected from wifi only once and it reconnected itself. This ring is a weekly deal.

This was surprisingly easy to hook up! The quality of the camera is excellent. Keep in mind, though, that if you want to record up to 30 days of footage, you have to pay the monthly subscription of $3.99 a month. Worth it though!

Great camera for the price but the need to purchase a chime is a bit of a set back.

Wired video door bell was easy to install and has plenty of features

This is a GREAT product. Video is better than 1080p, shows full length, and notifications, especially when paired with Amazon Alexa is really a plus! Thinking about one for the back door now.

Let me start off by saying I’m a Net gear and Arlo fan boy, I really wanted to like it and keep it.I have a lot of netgear products.The set up thru app was easy.Video was very clear.The two way audio was clear and loud.But I didn’t like the fact that Arlo claimed to be able to use Amazon echo devices as chimes and announce if someone at the door, didn’t work.I called Arlo tech support and they said that they are aware of the issue and are working on it after being on hold for a long time.Returned and picked up Ring pro.Do yourself a favor and get a Ring pro or something else.With Ring pro I can use any echo as a chime or speak to the person at the doorbell which is very convenient.Also the Arlo calls your phone when when someone rings the doorbell.Not sure if thats a good thing I can see that getting annoying.It calls you, if you accept the call, there is only audio, once you unlock your phone you press the video button then the app takes like 3 minutes to load video.Just not for me.The Ring pro has almost as good video but with better sound and more convenient features.Also when I tuned in live view there was a static sound with Arlo doorbell.The mount on the Ring is way more sure too.

Was very easy to install and works great. Now I have to get the subscription to get the full access to what is available with the doorbell. Well worth the money for us.
