Overall works well but I wish the angle bracket provided could either be adjustable or more angled. It’s barely angled and almost flat. Secondly I was expecting when it said it works with google assistant that when someone rings the doorbell the hub would automatically pull up the doorbell camera but it can’t do that. All you get is the hub saying someone is at the door then you manually need to pull up the camera. Lastly I wish their was a way to get the video to display less fish bowl like by adjusting the settings somehow like you can do on the pro cameras.

THE camera on this doorbell is good clear video. And people can leave a message for me if I am not home but it takes longer than I would like for the message to ask to be left.

I thought this was a very good product. Best Buy had it at a great price. It was a simple means for security and seemed easy to install. But after calling Arlo to set things up, I did not like the $100 charge they were wanting.

Took no more than 30 minutes to fully setup and that included gathering the tools. Pictures and video are clear. I always no when a package gets delivered even if they don't ring the doorbell.

The accuracy on visibility from this small doorbell is amazing. You get clear imaging from anything that's within view. It's perfect for anyone who has a doorbell in which this can be wired to.

I was looking at video doorbells, when I stumbled on this one, and I am glad I did. I already have Arlo cameras and this works great with the app. Took about 30 mins to install. If you have Arlo cameras, I would recommend getting this video doorbell

I love all arlo products. This one is no different. Setup was straightforward and comes with three months of added feature for free. Might consider the subscription once trial period ends.

Added this on to my Arlo Pro cameras. Install was a breeze and was up and running in 20 mins. Love the functionality and ability to have 2 way communication. Recommend if you receive a lot of deliveries.

We used a different brand at another house and had nothing but issues with it. This doorbell has been so easy to use. It's responsive, picture is clear, and the audio quality is excellent.

I Love this Doorbell. I’m glad Arlo finally came out with something to compete with those other brands. I don’t have a single complaint about this Purchase. I would highly recommend it.

I really like this video doorbell. I opted for this one over other brands, and I’m happy I did. The video quality is very nice. Being able to adjust the zone is a plus (I don’t get the street traffic). Setup was straightforward, after I determined that none of my breakers controlled my existing doorbell. Overall, I’m enjoying the doorbell.

Love it. Detect packaging person or animal. Great video quality. The only downside is that need to pay subscription

I really like this, but have never had another system to compare it to. Minus one star for sometimes slow connection speed. If you have Arlo, then you're tied into their ecosystem. I wish it was 4K like their other cameras, but the resolution is certainly good enough. From seeing the apps from friends systems (Nest, Ring), the others may be better and have more features. This was relatively easy to get wired in, but since I'm in an old house (1950s) the bell and transformer from my existing doorbell had to be upgraded.

Better than the nest! Great device, but Arlo Customer Support is lacking.

Seems well made but haven't installed it yet b/c it doesn't have a chime so I have to buy that separately. Problem is trying to find one... I didn't realize how old this version was or I would have gone with a different one.

Its just what I needed. I really like this extra security at the door, it catches everything, whether it rings the bell or not! LOL.. What I don't like it having to pay a monthly fee of 2.99!

My wife and daughter love that we can see anyone who comes to the door and get a cell phone call with video when someone rings the bell, especially great when packages are delivered by strangers.
