I had the Ring Doorbell 2 before this. I thought this Arlo would be better but it really wasn't. The "delay" in video or motion detection was longer than with the Ring Doorbell (with Arlo it was easily 6-12 seconds). And yes, I have a very strong WiFi system setup (not crappy ISP equipment). I also noticed that the Ring Doorbell 2 had better night vision. I ended up returning this, as I have discovered all video doorbells have a video delay, so I am reverting back to my regular doorbell and installing POE cameras to cover the area I need. POE will be hard-wired with ethernet cords to my router, so there won't be a video delay as I don't have to wait for the video to process within the "cloud" servers first. For some folks, the video delay might not be a big deal, but for me it is.

Good door bell camera, provides good coverage. I did have to get and new bell transformer. I am still working on the notification settings but I can get a good look out my front porch with the camera.

This Arlo Video doorbell works great. Even at night the night vision works great.

I've had this doorbell for quite some time now and I like it. Sometimes there is a delay when communicating with someone at the door but that may be a WiFi problem.

I have 3 Arlo cameras, one does not sync and the cameras that do work are unreliable because of the delays and lag time to view a recording. Attaching the Arlo video doorbell was easy and straight forward but after several attempts to set up the video doorbell program it would not find the camera. I called Arlo support after troubleshooting from their website only to be put on hold for more than an hour and than being disconnected. Very disappointed in the Arlo support! I returned the video doorbell To Best Buy for a refund.
