It's Okay

I would have bought a diffent brand if I didn't I have other Arlo cameras. It is nice that you do not have to pay for a service plan. I had to call support to help get it working. They were very helpful. They walked me right through it and they were very patient.

Works great, mounting could be improved

Was disappointed it wasn’t made to bolt up to standard two hole door bell spacing. There’s only a few million of those out there, seems like it would be the best place to start. Even an option with holes in that spacing would be nice. But nope.

From Google to Arlo

The way it “calls” your phone is a great addition and the option for the person to leave a message if you don’t answer. I also love the seamless Apple HomeKit integration and how the doorbell pops up on my TV when I’m watching my Apple TV.

I just wish that you could buy a lifetime subscription to Arlo for the product or if it could integrate into my security system. I hate having to pay subscription costs in addition to buying technology.

Very nice to be able to capture the door.

The zone doesn't work as well as I would like! It still captures things that are not in the zone so I get alerted. Nice to see guest and packages when they arrive.
