Cameras are very smooth. I love the automatic light feature for when it’s darker outside. The quality I good, I expected it to be better but it’s still a very good product for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Great and easy to use cameras with no home hub needed. Good connection to internet and great features. Video quality was also great for a 2k camera. Would recommend for areas of house where hard wire is not possible.

Easy setup works great only when you get a notice, it takes a while to open up other than that picture quality sound quality works very well

I have been using the cameras for about 45 days or so now and the battery on one of my very active cameras, with the video quality up the whole way is still at 65%!! I can’t believe how well the batteries hold their charge! Also, the quality of the videos they record is outstanding as well as having great sound quality. Would 100% buy again! Have been very impressed and well worth their cost.

I found these on sale and the quality is fantastic. I got them to watch my puppies from work to make sure they were okay. The program lets several people watch and converse with the pups from the wall. It's great!

.... I would have liked to have had the ability for plug in batteries vs only internal chargables. Longer life, however, is very true - have had for 3 months now and batteries are only down to 68% with deer being the biggest hams for the camera.

The previous version of the Essential was the best at 1089p and a battery that would EASILY last over a year. This version is way better at 2K and a battery life that’s reportedly well over a year. Makes remote positioning outside through the long northern Michigan winters a breeze!

Great cameras ! Very clear video with a motion sensor light for night time so the videos are in color . I replaced these with the arlos I've had for 6 years since the battery's where old . Dashboard for these are much easier to use than the old ones .Very happy with them .

Easy to install and setup. A subscription is NOT required u can save video on an external device. The mobile app is nice and if you get a subscription it’s really nice. Both versions are easy to use. Cameras give high quality.

i like the cameras alot more than the non xl versions. i got it on sale and do not regret the purchase.
