It holds the camera never go to use it as we returned the camera set we bought.

I bought this mount because the mount provided in the package was pretty much junk. Works great but really should be included in the package deal.

The Adjustable Mount was effective for holding the Arlo Pro - However the attaching the Camera is just 4 complete revolutions and takes less than a minute. This is nice for routine battery charging, but gives easy access for theft of the camera. To eliminate this the camera has to be installed higher which makes it much harder to get at the battery for charging.

I needed to mount three of my Arlo Pro cameras outdoors and these worked perfect.

I think I've already reviewed this item but... the range on the motion detection seems really limited. At first, I thought that cars in the street (camera near front door) were prompting video recording. Since, I've tried setting off the video recording at my far front window (furthest point seems within 20 ft) though it only seems capable of capturing at furthest between the two front windows. This may be user error but I don't know how to fix it...

I needed a mount that extended 6" from my wall. I found it at Best Buy.

Highly recommend works as it should. A must for all home owners.

If you spend all that money for a camera why buy a cheap brace
