It's ok. The weather is a key component to whether it's ideal for you. Depends on how high you post it and the angle you need to get. Reasonable price.

This camera mount is die cast metal. It is well built. Be aware that it has a wide base.

This Arlo Pro camera mount was easy to install. But because of the locking mechanism it’s a little tricky to adjust. You have to hold it is just the right spot as you tighten the nut. Thus requires two hands which can be tough on a tall ladder.

These work but are a little tricky to keep the cameras pointed where you want them while tightening them down tight enough. Almost need 3 hands to do it, or someone else to hold the camera in place. Once you get them tight, they seem to hold ok.
I would recommend this to a friend

In order to get the shots I wanted, these are a must have to see down the sides of the house. Magnetic mounts will not allow an extreme angle. These do.

I bought the Arlo camera system and needed some additional mounts to place cameras outside. So far I have been please with the cameras but the mount were a little challenging to install. They are not very versatile and it was difficult to use a drill to drive in the screws.
