The mount works but is not versatile enough. The mount needs to be more adjustable for mounting. The mount needs to connect more securely for outside uses.

The base works great if secured to an item, but I wish you could just set it free standing. camera is too large and heavy.

Its a mount, simple. Does what it had to do, wish made in black to be a little more hidden

So far this item has worked, but would like to see something better designed and with better functionality.

It does what is supposed to do but its too expensive. I wish I would of shop around before buying it.

These mounts perform OK but are nothing special. Next purchase will be to try one of the many aftermarket brands.

We opted to not use this because the range of motion was limited. Using the magnetic five unlimited angles.

I purched this item because I did not like the type of mount that came with the camera however the adjustable mount was also just a magnet.

I was told by Best Buy that the rechargeable batteries would last 4to 6 months.ive had my cameras 2 months and had to charge them twice already. The customer support for arlo is terrible and the support phone number is hard to get because they want you to go online with your problems. Sorry I bought 3 of these cameras. Not happy at all.

I ordered the Arlo Adjustable Mount, Model VMA1000B-10000S, using the description provided that it was compatible with Arlo Pro 4; however, the technician, upon reviewing the box at installation time, noted that Arlo Pro 4 camera was not supported with the device. He and I both reviewed the box(es) that were provided: Arlo Pro 4 was not listed as supported via the box(es) documentation. Do not trust what the the advertised compatibility states. Do not trust Best Buy ordering process as product description is inconsistent with the actual product provided. Just stating the facts.

I just picked this up, so this is only some preliminary information. It works but ive not used it in a major storm.

Easy to use and install -and setup I Highly recommended.

Does what it is supposed to, but I have it mounted in a area exposed to the elements for about 5 months and it's starting to rust.

Helps to place camera where the provided base just doesn't quite work out well (gate posts, wooded areas. Camera sits securely and mount can twist and turn to almost any position you may need to get just the right angle. Highly recommended.

Everything is good so far, easy to use. Made mounting on a tall poll easy.

Bought these and aftermarket ones and don't see the difference

I wish it would be active on the monitor at all times, the mouse needs to be moved to be able to view.

The mount was ok but I returned it because the cameras they were designed for were terrible and I returned the cameras.

I was disappointed that Arlo only provided one outside mount for 4 cameras. I then had to purchase 2 extra mounts .

The product is working fine just a little flimsy. I would recommend this product to a friend.
