    Works well. Could be a little cheaper but it does the job. Haven’t had any problems with the mount.

    I purchased a Arlo system and used this outdoor mount. At this time, the arlo mount has stripped and the mount is stuck on the arlo camera. It will not let me open the battery compartment because the mount is in the way and can not be removed. I called customer support numerous times. Started a case file number, no resolution or response. BEWARE, CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS IN JAMAICA AND IT IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ARLO PRODUCTS DUE TO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT. There is no way to contact customer relations in the United States, so problems can NOT BE RESOLVED. Best Buy could not help me because the product was purchased over a year ago. IT IS A DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT!!!

    Poor quality! Total waste of money!

    I just bought my second one. It is nearly impossible to remove from the camera. The metal is not threaded well, so, it seizes up. The little plastic knob is too tiny and soft to get a good grip on, and if you use a wrench, it squishes and is destroyed.

    This product does not fit the Arlo pro 4 cameras as stated. The screw base is to small for the Arlo 4 camera.

    Product works OK but the mounting screws are cheap and soft. Make sure you pre drill before using.
