my only complaint with the camera mount is the price............. high, but it is the only option available

These are a little pricey, but they work well and are made for the camera.

These mounting brackets are made of materials that are sturdy and will last in the outside weather elements. There are cheaper options out there, but why mount a $150-$200 camera on something made of plastic that could become weathered and more easily break and then damage your camera due to its failure?

Bracket is nice quality, but for this price you can get multiple knock offs that seem fine.
