The flaw in this unit is the plastic washer that tightens the camera to the mount. This washer strips and breaks easily. I asked people at Best Buy if there were replacement washers......NO!!!!!

It’s difficult to attach the camera if you’re in a awkward position because you have to hold it and screw it on. Not my favorite should click on or snap on instead of screw on.
