Wonderful to have while on vacation. It’s like you’re home when you aren’t. Great for knowing when you are getting packages or watching your dog at home while you’re at work.

Great product! I love the versatility you can do with the cameras I have one posted outside my house in a tree so I can see everything and motion picks up everything from deer to cats to people!

Wireless cameras are great for your home, for a biz you'll need the wired cameras otherwise you'll be running out of battery very quickly.

This is a decent starter kit. Great clarity. Company should do better on setup instructions.

where do i begin. great convenience factor and for the first 6 months you dont mind it. they need better sensor control like the RING because no matter what i do, it catches cars 30 feet away driving by. jsut after a year, a battery crapped out, or is it a camera, not sure. wont work, but battery does. maybe its a sensor on the camera. wish kit came with more mounts. why do i have to spend more money?

These Arlo cameras are really great. They are easy to connect and the 130* angle is really helpful. They can be setup and integrated into both the Samsung Smart Things and the Amazon Echo as well.

It worked good for a while like maybe a year then had trouble holding a charge and staying connected to base. Otherwise it work just fine till recently.

good camera sensor, only problem is how the app triggers the geofencing mode. it sometimes failed and needs to manually activate.

The arlo pro night vision needs improvement, the 2way audio is terrible. Sending this back !

Love the portability. I however am have trouble staying signed into the app on my android phone. It seen i have to sign in all the time.

We had to return the initial stop because one of the cameras just stopped working. However we have been pleased with our new set. Easy to set up and the quality looks great!

This is a good security system. However, since it is wireless, batteries have to be recharged in cameras frequently.

Great system. Battery life depends on motion. Daily motion = equals about monthly life but great system and very user friendly. Had to google one setting I couldn’t find but overall 9/10

The Arlo-Pro security camera system came well packaged with easy to follow instructions for setting up the hardware and downloading the software. The units (base and cameras) are well made and appear high quality. After setting up the hardware and downloading the software however, I felt myself asking "now what?". I had to look at the picture on the packaging to see what the software should look like. Everything appeared to be working but I just wasn't sure what it was supposed to be doing. I did go to the tutorials on the website provided and they helped somewhat. After figuring out what each mode was, and playing with the settings, I was able to see the videos being created in the library. I was not however, able to view "live" mode. It says a firmware update is required but when I try to update, it fails - from either the app or online. After researching in the support rooms, I determined it was because of our slow internet speed. The problem is, the live camera won't work until I do update it by bringing the devices to a place that has higher speed internet. The good thing is, it still records video based on movement. We put one camera inside our house and the image quality is excellent... except at times when our internet is slower, then it goes from color to black and white. We have one pointing outside through a window and that one seems to pick up glare so we need to mount it outside. The specs says good to minus six degrees, but we live in MN where it can be much colder than that, so we are concerned with how it will function (but we'll try it). The design is great, with magnetic holders so the camera's can be easily removed to charge the battery (which will last 3- 6 months). This is another concern of it being outside... that an animal or person may steal it, but again we'll try it. Overall I highly recommend this system. It provides good security (even a very loud alarm), good videos, and easy installation. I would not recommend this system for anyone who has poor internet (we get 1.2 Mbps download and .75 upload on a good day). I would give it 5 stars if there was some way it could run the live mode on the older firmware and if we could turn on and off the push notifications easily.

I have five to monitor the premises of my residence. Great iPhone app which facilitates viewing activity. Battery life is not as good as I expected, less than a month.

The ease of set up and added security are defiantly a plus. Very user friendly and the cameras work great! Wish I would have purchased them earlier. Also, the support from Arlo is great!
