The Arlo fit all of my requirements. 1. Set-up and install took only 60 minutes (including screwing 2 screws for the base). Easy to adjust the camera to ensure coverage of the area. 2. The picture is great on my phone. The night vision works better than my expectations. 3. Unlike other cameras that require you to pay for a cloud subscription for storing consecutive feeds, the arlo stores 10 seconds of video for 7-days for free. Video is stored when movement is sensed. I also have the ability to record on my phone live. Not for everyone, but if it fits your needs, like mine, you can't go wrong with the Arlo.

The setup was incredibly easy, with simple instructions. Video looks great and works well with the app. The batteries charge fast and last a long time. Great security

Arlo is an excellent camera system. It's simple to use and set up, which is what I appreciate about this camera the most. The battery has lasted a while without charging it and I have used the camera very frequently. I have no complaints about this system at all!

This camera system is easy to install and manage. I love the versatility of the wireless system. The battery life is not as good as I had hoped for. The solar panel is a must for outdoor cameras.

I bought this unit to keep an eye on my dog since we just moved into a smaller place. The set up was very easy and going through some instructions made this the perfect camera. I now use it to keep an eye on my apartment. It alerts me when there is any movement.

This is our first security system & we’re very pleased. The pictures & video captures are excellent. The night vision is very clear. You can check any camera at any time. We are alerted when any motion is detected. We can sound the alarms on them & talk on them.

Long lasting battery,easy set up, clear video. Much better than the Ring cameras. Price was good. Over all very happy with it

Love the system. It works as advertised and the battery life is phenomenal. The software has a lot of features, but you would never know it because the software instructions are non existent.

if you are looking for superior quality security cameras, then consider another product. Yes, it is truly wireless, convenient to setup and connecting the app is relatively seamless. This product delivers a decent picture, but would benefit from higher resolution. The zoom function provided marginal quality. The options are a plus, such as "two-way" communication, the ability to adjust sensitivity, super-long life, rechargeable batteries and flexibility within the settings on app. It's also a plus to add other members to the network, so they can also benefit from viewing the cameras via the app. It does have some glitches, especially the IR mode, which I have yet to work out. Time to call tech support. I get alarm warning in the middle of the night from our other home, only to find out it's only the IR flickering? It must be some kind of software issue to work out? Overall, it will meet our needs for now, but it is priced on the higher side, which doesn't seem justified, given the competitions pricing? We will most likely upgrade to a wired system, that provides better resolution, but it meets our needs for now. My last comment relates to the monthly service option. I am frustrated that I had to buy the next tier of service, due to having two separate Arlo systems in two separate houses. The only way for them to both stream to the same app is to buy the "more expensive" membership? If not, I would have to create two separate accounts, two separate emails and two logins for different accounts? It's costing me more, just because I am looking to streamline the systems and have them both go to the same app? That's quite disappointing and a limitation of the system? For a quick plug and play "truly wireless" system, this is the best one so far...

Whoever is considering buying this, be aware that it has about 3-5 second delay. Also, if their server is down, you can not log in and check.

These cameras are amazing. The video quality is very nice. The only thing I don't really like about them is the battery. But that is because I have the camera where there is a lot of action.

The Arlo Pro cameras are a great way to monitor your home. Setup took about 5 minutes to connect all 4 cameras to the base. I really love the fact that they are battery powered and you can place them just about anywhere (as long as its in range of the base). Batteries can last up to 6 months depending on how much activity you have. Recharging from 0-100% only takes about 1.5-2 hours. Being able to view activity from the Arlo app or thru a web browser is also a plus. And the best part is that you do not have to pay a monthly premium (unless you have more than 5 cameras).

The hardware is awesome. I was concerned about have to charge the batteries all the time but they last forever. My only wish is that there were more customization options for the software.

Bought these after purchasing another set that I set up for someone else. It’s quick and easy to install the cameras and link them to the base station. The Arlo mobile app and free plan is good enough for what we were looking for. Keeps 7 days of history to view. Notifications come in quick - usually just a couple of seconds after activity is detected by a camera. Picture quality is good and adjustable to an extent.

I wanted a security camera system that was 100% wireless. So that had to mean one that was battery powered. Having this in mind, I knew the drawback would be battery charge life and charging of the battery. The Arlo Pro system works as it was intended. No wires! Clarity of the cameras is good. Depending on camera activity (motion detected) will determine how long the battery will maintain its charge. Just synch the cameras to the base and mount them wherever you want them. Still, I have no complaints with the Arlo Pro system. Great security system at an affordable price. Thanks NetGear.

Clear HD video. Motion activation can be adjusted for each camera. Rechargeable batteries are long-lasting.

Three out of the four cameras worked great. Had one that would go offline after about six hours. But I called customer support and the helped me out and sent me a replacement camera quick.

Bought the Arlo 4-pack to replace an industrial-grade surveillance camera set-up using mains power. The Arlo was easy to set up and delivered more than I expected. Battery-operation eliminates the need for power cables.Cameras are motion-activated, thus eliminating the need for a DVR or other high-capacity recorder. Backs up to the Cloud for about a week; additional Cloud capacity can be purchased on an as-needed basis. Also bought the Arlo silicone protective sleeves and the Arlo stand-alone battery charger. In situ charging is possible but not convenient (for me, anyway).

Setup was the easiest of any electronic device I’ve ever owned, literally plug in and go. Notifications can be a bit excessive at first, but once you learn how to set up different modes, that problem is solved. Great video and audio quality on each cam.
