We are very happy with the Arlo Pro system. It was easy to install. I am having difficulty with the camera at the driveway The picture seems to be washed out by the concrete driveway. Once I fix that the system is great. We like that we can talk to anyone at any camera. We had a scheduled delivery show up early when we were not home. We were able to see them and talk to them through the camera. We let them know not to leave.

I have tried several other wireless WIFI security cameras, but this one is the easiest to install and has the clearest pictures. I also like the totally wireless feature because it enables me to move cameras as needed. The cameras have been operational for the past week and a half and the battery indicator has not moved. The free cloud recording is very convenient and I love that I can access live cameras, battery life, and the recorded video through my mobile app and computer. Being able to add another camera to the system is very useful.

Being an active AirBNB host and letting guests stay in 1 of my 2 bedrooms I wanted the peace of mind of knowing the rest of my place was safe and secure. When I'm gone at work or asleep at night – I know Arlo is alert and sensing any motion in the main rooms of my apartment. The zoom, wireless, 7 day back-up and push notifications are great features and make everyday use extremely easy. The battery has lasted over 3 months set to my daily schedule (This is inside at room temperature, can't speak for outside). Great addition to my smart home.

After much research, we bought the outdoor pro Arlo system. The video is clear, and the batteries are rechargeable and hold a long charge. The cameras are sensitive and pick up the wind blowing or sometimes a bug at the front door, but that is the piece of mind that we were looking for. If a camera is not sensitive enough, you won't be alerted when needed. Alerts via the mobile app, just like a text message. My favorite part is the ability to see my house when traveling.....piece of mind over only an audible alert which basically tells me nothing.

The video and audio quality are outstanding. In fact, the other morning I checked the live stream and recorded beautiful audio of birds singing just before the sun rose. With that said, I've had some issues. The camera only captures things that move from side to side rather than approaching the camera head-on. I wish I had known that before I placed the camera on my house. I can move it of course. My biggest issue was attaching the half-metal ball to my house (the camera magnetically attaches itself). I traded messages back & forth with customer service about whether I should have received a different screw with my purchase. I took a picture of what I received. It was such a tiny screw I figured there is no way it will hold tight. They even shipped me the same screw. Long (and I do mean long) story short, the screw is correct. It barely holds the base to the house. I have fashioned a fishing line from the camera to the house to make sure it does not fall in the event of a windy storm. I have low confidence that this will work. I'm holding my breath for the first storm that produces strong wind. Also, the battery burned about 70% through in one week when it is supposed to last 4-5 months. I have adjusted the quality downward and repositioned the camera so that I do not get passing cars. Every passing car is detected, which fills my smartphone with alerts and drains the battery rapidly. It's a learning process. Despite the pitfalls, I will recommend this product - and I would encourage that other products be considered others as well.

The only drawback to these cameras is the app that I I have has a little bit of a glitch on my phone. My wife's phone works perfectly fine. I have a moto z droid and it isn't really even noticeable if you have not seen it on another phone. My wife has an older samsung and my buddy has an LG so it must just me my phone for some reason. Microphones are not too loud so if it is windy outside people cannot really hear you unless they are right up on it. GREAT audio pickup, you can hear people even when they are far away and talking quietly. I love that you can mount them anywhere. The magnet mounts that come with it are not ideal but I made them work (4 magnet mounts and 1 screwed in mount). Again I do not regret this purchase at all and I have had them for about amonth. VERY EASY Setup too.

These cameras really get the job done..they are really clear plus super simple to install. I really like that I can go live at anytime and see what is going on...it comes with an alarm sound too which is pretty cool. Clear picture.

Bought this unit to keep an eye on the house while I am away. Also for peace of mind while sleeping if anyone lurks around the house the alerts to my phone will let me know where there is movement. Great product. Easy to set-up!

Great compact camera that is easy to use. Good starter security camera for a reasonable price. Only issue for me was I wish the graphics were a bit more HD and clear.

Good Camera that doesn't require a monthly fee. We had trouble getting it set up to record and monitor where we wanted it to, But once we did it seemed to work well.

Having read several reviews and talking to several people who have a system this product delivers on all aspects and is extremely easy to use. I did contact technical support for the assistance and they were extremely helpful.

Setup was a breeze. Cameras appear to have a nice range for viewing. Getting online and on laptop was very easy to setup. One big downfall the company needs to work on is the range for triggering events. Based on one location I have to place a camera I miss a bunch of the area I would like to view because if it sits in best view location it is constantly triggered and recording events as cars drive by which will drain the battery faster and adding selective grid blocking to blank out areas you do not want to trigger event recording to the software would help greatly and allow for best use of camera. There is a sensitivity setting but that does not help with my issue where grid blocking of areas selectively would. Even with lots of triggering battery life on one camera lost about 2% in a day but I hooked up the solar panel and even without lots of direct light it has charged that battery. This battery would drain in about 2 months without the solar panel because of the lack of selective grid blocking because it triggers so often to record. The other battery I have added the usb charger cable to so I could plug it in when needed to charge since it is about 9' off the ground at a window. This battery after a number of days and minimal triggers to record still has 100% battery. I do really like the setup with the exception of not having grid blocking which I really hope the company will address in future updates and should be able to add and have seen numerous people looking for on forums already.

The only weather proof, complete wire free security camera system available on market. Easy to set up and easy to use. Thumbs up for the mobile app to control your camera system or to access to the video/audio recorded on cloud.

After looking at the original Arlo and the Nest cams I was excited when I saw the Arlo Pro. The biggest falw of the original Arlo that I read was the poor battery life and ultra sensitive motion sensors. The Nest cams have great picture, but you have to run wires and there is a pay to play aspect with the subscription service. The Arlo Pro is perfect for me. There are no wires, the picture quality is great, battery life has been excellent with the rechargeable batteries, and I do not have to pay a subscription to keep a history of footage.

Very happy with this product. Cameras are quite decent, though hard to see facial detail in recordings. Configuration allows you to adjust sensitivity and video quality. Easy to set up and configure and flexible scheduling to allow for very specific times and days to have the system armed. Mounting is very easy as well. App is easy to use and email alerts include a snapshot of the video which is a nice feature.

Easy to set up. The rechargeable feature works really well and easy to use. The app is a little tricky to navigate at first but not too bad once you figure it out.

I am pleased with the Arlo Pro home security system. It was easy to set up and I like the idea that it is wireless. The app works well but I have one problem with the alert on the phone. If there is movement you get a beep much like when you receive a text. If someone is in my home and it is detected by the cameras I want a louder longer alert. If I am sleeping I want to be woke up by the alert. They need to fix this.

Arlo-Pro - I've had this for about a month, the install was quick and easy. I also enjoy the functions in the software. My friends with the Nest system are jealous.

Had this camera for a month now, have not yet had to charge it. The picture is great for what I needed. Easy to install!
