I bought these cameras for the security of my house. Love the fact that the picture is very clear and have 2 way talking. It works well outdoors too. When the temp goes below -4F, the camera will not work. However, when the weather warms up, it started working again. It is a little hard to set up in the beginning. But, once you figured out the first one, the rest is easy. The night vision is also good.

Great concept poor quality. I bought the base station with two cameras back on May and it looked awesome. I decided to add on two more cameras at Amazon and bought the Arlo Q later on. The Arlo Q has been fenomenal. The Arlo pro not so good. I purchased the extended warranty for the base but, not for the extra cameras. Not buying the extended warranty for the add on cameras was a big mistake. The product works good when it works. The problem is that the batteries only last like only 3-4 weeks, and despite having a 150mbps internet connection and a signal booster the base station keep getting disconnected from the internet or the cameras disconnected form the base. A constant issue. The worst was the system won’t us know when it was disconnected. Our car was broken into over night. When we checked the video, the base was disconnected AGAIN! Since I bought the extended warranty for the base At Best Buy, I returned it one last time and got store credit. I had exanged the base twice before. Now I still have the two additional cameras collecting dust. A waist of $358.00, without including the tax. If you are going to take the risk of buying this cameras I surest you to buy the extended warranty.

These cameras are easy to set up and use. Several options including sound and motion activation. Hopefully they will last a long time.

Done a lot of research and trial on Arlo products. Finally found good solution in Arlo Pro product line. Likes: 1. Rechargeable batteries 2. Audio capability 3. Ease of setup and use (easy setup, cordlessi and magnetic) 4. Easy remote access and setup 5. Alarming setup Not liking 1. Remote access sometime still not reachable, good thing is after a few minutes, the access is good. 2. Motion detection has some lagging... recording time should be longer

I have four Arlo wireless systems set up now. Two of them are Arlo Pro systems. I like the Arlo Pro due to rechargeable batteries and two way audio. I have used cameras with and without audio and I much prefer a camera with audio capabilities. It is even handy to hear low battery warnings on smoke detectors when I'm not home. Audio adds a very significant amount of information to a security system. Caveats: There are a few bugs remaining with the system. None are show stoppers for me. Also, if you live in a cold climate, these cameras officially have a 32° minimum operating temperature. In practice, my cameras work down to the high single digits Fahrenheit, but stop working when the temperature drops lower than that. They start again when the temperature climbs back to 8° or 10°. So be aware of this before you buy. The standard Arlo (non-rechargeable) works at lower temperatures in my experience even though they are also rated for 32° as the lowest operating temperature.

With minimal use the battery will last about 3 months. In high traffic it will last about a month before you have to re charge. Video quality is great and the 2 way feature is clear but with a slight delay even with high speed internet. I wish the battery was so expensive, it would be nice to have more available to switch out easily.

So far so good. Have had them for about a month now. Setup was easy, the range is good and the picture quality is ok. Would recommend.

Great camera for simple use, easy to install and start, clear image. Extra point for the rechargeable batteries.

Works great except for when the power goes out. Then you have to reset but all in all a great picture and notification with the app !

Easy to set up, app is very convenient and works great . Love the wireless feature so I can easily pick up and move cameras as needed. Also offers 7 days worth of free storage in the cloud

The base station set up took less than 10 minutes. Syncing the cameras took about 2 minutes each. Hang the cameras and you are up and running. The quality of the picture from each camera with or without light is outstanding. I put one at front door, one in the basement watching over water heater/furnace, one in an inside hallway where the dog loves to sleep and one out back. Excellent range for wireless system. Key is to have a high quality wireless router.

Purchased these cameras to secure my property. Very satisfied overall with the way they are working for us. I know all the goings on all day long. Makes me feel safe while not at home.

Overall great camera/system. Easy setup, great support, good app on the phone. Only thing that could be improved is the speaker in the camera. If you try to talk through it, it is very weak. But that is understandable since the overall size of the camera is very small. Can't have a very big speaker as well. Not that important in the large view of things.

1st unit of 2 had a defective battery. Other one worked great. called product support, Could not understand most of what she said. I returned the whole sytem and received another set. One camera hooked up without any problems, the second I could not get it on line. Maybe my computer is to blame for this one. I returned second unit also. I can't spend that much money for something not to work without glitches

These work extremely well, and were easy to set up. We use them for remote monitoring of a second residence and they give us tremendous peace of mind. The motion detection is reliable, and no one can come within 8 feet of the house without me knowing it (the system records the video and instantly sends me both a text message and email). The night vision is surprisingly clear. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to but these again for another residence.

This is the best quality and camera I ever bought in my entire life, it works so easy, fast image, very slim and easy to use. I recommend this camera for people that wants simplicity .

Picture is excellent and install very easy. Like the rechargeable batteries in the camera.

i like the image quality, the app is user friendly, can pair with smart things. i like not paying for cloud storage of a revolving week.
