We purchased these to use at our home and they have been great. The picture quality is good in day and at night. Having audio is a neat bonus. For a small business or home this is a great DIY system. It only took one person to set up and several people can be given access to the footage on their phone or computer.

The cameras, base, and accessories all function phenomenally. Battery life thus far shows to be pretty true at 4-6 months. The app while decent, can be slow to respond and does randomly close from time to time. I do believe this will be addressed and the latest update was an improvement. I highly recommend the Arlo system.

This device gives you peace of mind, and that makes it worth the price paid. With an alarm system that detects motion, web and mobile apps to view in near real time, and the free recording to the cloud, so intruders cannot remove your stored videos, this makes for an excellent way to protect your home, without paying a certain company $30 per month to do so... The scheduling system is pretty good, but could use some work. Trying to schedule from a certain PM time to an AM time is a pain in the rear. With everything good, there is also bad... 1. Speaking to the device from your phone will not be heard on the other end, unless you are extremely loud. 2. There is no possibility for storing locally. 3. There is a slight delay on everything, and that includes recording. If someone ran past it, they may trip the alarm, but probably won't be recorded. (that's why you have 4?) 4. The night vision falls in the category of "OK." If you want to really see in the dark, I suggest an IR flood lamp. I have an outstanding network, and internet connection, so don't start thinking that is the culprit for the delays.

These cameras are great. Really well made, neat and compact. They're easy to set up and the app functions well.

These are great cameras, they are of great quality and the battery life is awesome. The battery life depends on where they are set up, if they are facing the street and there is a lot of activity they will last almost 2 weeks, but if there is not a lot of activity they can last up to 3 weeks. They are really good for the value, I had no issues setting them up. Highly recommend

Love this camera - easy to install and to use. Peace of mind when you need to ocassionaly look in on someone or someplace you care about. Totally recommend product!!

After researching a bunch of different camera systems, I went with ARLO pro. I been using it for about 2 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. I made the right choice

The quality of the camera is great and the alarm on it is very loud, which is good if you want scare someone away. i plan on getting one for our front door as well.

I must admit that I like the arlo cameras. They show a very good picture, the motion detectors are very sensitive. The only reason I can not give it a five star is because you must keep going out your way to recharge them. I am going to try the power cords I hear everyone talking about. Overall a good product.

We've had 2 Arlo outdoor cameras for about 30 days now. We are returning them tomorrow. Here are pros and cons to the cameras... Pros: Great customer service, app works well with the cameras, nice to see what's going on outside of my home. Super easy set up. Cons: Not reliable. We've had situations where there has been activity and movement outside our home, and the cameras do not pick them up. Sometimes, there is nothing recorded at all. The camera batteries drain quickly. We've tried adjusting the settings of sensitivity to all different settings. There is no win here. If you adjust the settings to high and record all the time, the camera batteries drain within a week. If you adjust the settings to low, then the batteries last longer but less motion is picked up, therefore, little to no recordings. We've tried in between settings and still, not very good. Also, when recording, it's not continuous. If there is movement, it's only being recorded for the amount of time in the settings. More recording means the battery drains fast. Over all, if you want to remove the cameras every week to two weeks to charge the batteries, then this product is ok for you. But if you want a security camera that is reliable and maintenance free, then do not buy this camera. We are returning this and going with a hard wired camera that has continuous recording.

It was extremely easy to install. We get notifications on our phone if there is any motion. Great quality picture even at night. Extremely happy with these cameras

The cameras are good, quality is pretty great, it sucks you have technical have a service to record all the time but having easy access to live feed it’s amazing!

These were easy to mount, set up, and use. Warnings pop up on my phone when someone moves past the cameras. I also like the free cloud storage that comes with it.

Getting an alert on my phone & being able to instantly look both inside & outside my home is very comforting. I already have a monitoring service but with these cameras I can look at my home any time I want to. You even have the ability to speak thru the cameras to someone (say like the UPS guy delivering a package, tell him to leave it by the steps or a relative knocking on the door you can say I'm getting dressed or on my way home). This system is simple to set up even someone with very little computer or electronic knowledge can do it. It comes with 4 cameras & the ability to add 1 more.

Bought the 4 camera system and I got eero 1st gen router with charter 200gb svc in a 2500 square feet house and it works perfect any time with zero lag. Picture quality when zooming in is a little fuzzy but great overall. Make sure you adjust sensitivity unless you want alerts all the time. Arlo is completely free, no subscription required. You can pay for better plans if you have more than 5 cameras and want to access all videos more than 7 days that are included. Wife wanted also to have access on her phone and it was super easy to setup. Had an issue with the lens fogging up in the early morning, put rain x on it and not an issue anymore. I am not planning to keep on charging these cameras so I bought 4 solar panels. It is well worth the money, set it up, install and forget about it. No way I will get up the ladder to change batteries, even if it’s only every 6 months. Would recommend this camera system to my mother. It’s super easy to setup and install.

Arlo wireless camera are clear picture with sound. Worst is the battery charging. Once a month each camera.
