This is my first purchase of security camera and i am happy with it and has a good video quality and motion sensor is great. the alert system is good.

Have a Ring Doorbell, but it was going down a lot. The final straw was when I was away for four days, and it wasn't connecting. Bought this in hopes of more reliable connections. (And wouldn't you know it, my Ring has been working flawlessly since I put up Arlo.) Still you have to pay for Ring Cloud Storage, while Arlo is free. Having duplicate coverage is worth the peace of mind to me. Unless you want some of the other special features, in which case the camera must be plugged in, I would say the 720p camera is very close in quality to 1020p. With Ring, if you don't subscribe, you don't get to see what triggered the alert, with Arlo and FREE Cloud Storage, you do. With Ring, you only see a Live View when you press the button. Both Ring Doorbell and Arlo, similar sound quality outside, maybe Ring a tad better. Arlo works like a walkie talkie, you must depress and hold button to speak to who is at your door. Arlo offers the additional feature of having thumb drive storage. Arlo worth the money. Siren is indoors, can barely hear outside. It would be good to have an outdoor siren, as the object is to prevent break-in, scaring them AFTER they break in not so good. With all these cameras, facial recognition at night, not so good.

Extremely easy to pair and install. Does what it’s intended for. 720 is good enough for my purpose.

While living in a rental for around a year I wanted to keep an eye on things. Good motion detection, night vision microphone and speakers. Hookup is easy, all wireless. 720 resolution makes me want 1080. I think Nest playback options are better but more expensive.

Audio is good, clear recording..Not clear when responding. Overall we are pleased with this produce

I bought the Arlo Pro system after receiving the recommendation from 2 friends and have been pretty happy so far. The completely wireless cameras have given me the flexibility to put them wherever I need one and the video quality is great. My biggest issue is the app lags like crazy and it takes way longer to get to your live feeds than my Nest Cams do. App needs work, but solid option if you need cameras in places where running power isn't an option.

We had the regular Arlo cams since they came out. Very impressed with their performance. I just added these Pro models and they are fantastic. Very pleased with their performance. I use 9 arlo cams at our cabin and they keep a good eye on our getaway. You do get false alarms, but placement is key. Keep away from swaying branches as well as sunsets and sunrises. Battery life is unbelievable.

We purchased 4 cameras. 98 per cent of the time motion was detected. Only a couple times when signal was low camera did not detect car in driveway.

This product is very good in alerting and viewing the home. It has the 4 cameras which is great since it gives me flexibility. These cameras are not great in showing the details, when trying to zoom in the picture is not focused. I'm using the cameras to track our nanny, so I know when my nanny and son are at home, and I can see that they are playing, but when I'm trying to zoom in and see more details the picture is not clear.

Was looking at the original Arlo cameras but didn't like the idea of buying new batteries every few months. Then in 2017 they released the Arlo pro with a rechargeable battery and I pulled the trigger. Loving these cameras so far. Pros: -Wireless Cameras (base station needs a network cable) -Free 7 day video history in the cloud - Rechargeable battery - between 2 and 6 months life depending on activity - Local USB Storage - 2 way audio -Can be used outside -Siren in base station Cons: -Video Quality is not 1080p - It is good enough for me but some competing products feature better video quality - need to experiment with placement to eliminate false alarms and not miss what needs to be captured. A bit of trial and error. This is not a wired 24 hour surveillance DVR system. If you don't have good upload and download speed on your wireless network this is not the system for you. Most people who are not happy with the system are expecting it to be something that it is not.

We purchased this product for when we travel we can keep an eye on our pets, our house in general, and the pet sitter. Great quality (and in the dark!) and long lasting battery. We have it on a schedule to arm during the week when we aren't at home and constantly armed when we are on vacation. We purchased in Feb (it's now mid June) and we have yet to need to charge the battery.

So glad we chose the Arlo Pro. Provides instant access to what's going on outside and in our home. Install took just minutes, including setting up the very flexible monitoring schedules and notification options. Love the geo-fencing mode, free cloud storage, and the Arlo app interface. After a month of use the rechargeable batteries are still at 3/4 full. Can't wait to add more cameras.

The Arlo Pro is a great camera system for the home. Good video and sound for my use. Would recommend to the person who wants to monitor their home.

This product was efficiently packaged and easy to install. It's good quality and has met all my expectations for home security surveillance needs.

I really love this system! Video quality is great! I really like the fact that it's wireless and no monthly monitoring fees. I'm still working on setting the sensitivity on the cameras and setting the length of the videos. My husband had the system set up in a very short time. So all in all I really love the arlo pro and would recommend this product to friends and family.

Very easy setup. Would be five stars except one camera was defective. Overall, would recommend.
