I would say that this company did a great job with easy setup and installation. The camera's themselves work great and have a great battery life. I haven't had to charge them yet and its been over 2 months. only downside every now and then the latency is slow when connecting to the hub

Setup was super simple. Even the batteries came fully charged. Was hooked up in no time. Good quality both in light and in dark. Only issue thus far has been there is a slight delay in the system starting the record. So on the recording, a person will suddenly appear. Not really a huge issue. However, if somebody is running you may only catch a glimpse. Overall, great system!

I purchased these cameras for both my home and office. The cameras seem to give great resolution and be very responsive. The only thing that is keeping the product from 5 stars is that you can only see a maximum of Six cameras on the app and you have to have multiple accounts to see more than six cameras. It would be nice if the app would allow you to toggle between locations like the nest thermostat. Set up was a breeze.

This device is an always connected device. If it's not connected to the internet, you get nothing out of it. That said, it's pretty good for what it is. The sensors work great for catching me each time I come downstairs in my boxers, because I forgot to turn off the scheduled monitors when I get up late. The alarm that goes off when this happens is super annoying too (which is good - you want burglars to hear it). There is a noticeable delay when watching live, and the speaker on the thing is too low to really hear well, but overall, if you want a monitoring system that uploads videos to the cloud, with no wires, and long battery life, this is your device. Just don't expect this to be used as a communications device. They probably could have left off the speaker, and no one would have been worse off for it (even though I thought talking through a camera would be fun). I didn't even mount these things - the magnets are strong enough to stick to the metal in the wall corners of my house.

I have had these things installed for a few months and they have worked flawlessly and prefermes beyond my expectations. This is a great product.

I've owned WiFi cameras in the past but this is the first which is been battery operated. The Arlo cameras are extremely easy to set up, the app is very user-friendly and thus far the camera has been extremely reliable. With other cameras I experience periods where the camera would lose connection to the internet or not upload video. Well the cost is higher than others, the free 7 Days of video recording is a huge Plus.

I installed 4 of this cameras at my house. The wifi option is very nice because i have access to those cameras on my phone at any time and i receive alerts for motion or audio sensor detected by it. You can change the sensitivity of the motion sensor and enable or disable at anytime the audio or motion sensor. You can link the cameras together which is something I really like and help to minimize the problem with the motion delay. It’s also cordless which it’s awesome since I don’t have to drill any holes on my exterior wall. The videos captured you can share with your friends through text messaging also. The only problem this camera has and it’s a big problem is the 5ish second delay on recording. So the camera won’t start recording with the first 5 seconds of motion and that’s really bad and annoying. I hope somehow arlo can fix this problem.

Was not sure what to expect but I am surprised at the quality of the picture and smooth performance of the app. Included wall mounts work but limit the possible positions of the cameras. Battery life is good but motion detection takes some fine tuning to prevent constant activations.

We did alot of shopping around and looked into several security/nanny cameras before deciding on the Arlo. Excellent quality and so easy to install. Great battery life and both high quality and sharp for viewing and clarity in sound! The BEST investment we made! We really recommend and so easy to use! We are so happy with our indoor cameras and we also use for outdoor too!

This camera system I think is one of the best wireless ones out there. Have tried Ring and was disappointed, like Arlo much better. For one you get free cloud storage for 7 days. Ring you do not. Less connection issues ... with Arlo. The HD Arlo camera came out about the time I was planning to purchase this. After reading the HD Arlo camera reviews, decided to go with the Arlo Pro. Felt it was more bang for my buck.

The camera works as expected. Easy to set up and I love that it's wireless!

We use the system for our children when we are not at home. We can communicate back and forth if we need to do so (very nice feature). The battery life is good. Obviously the more the cameras are used the faster the battery drains. I'm getting about 3 weeks worth if charge for most of the cameras. Setup was easy. If I had to say anything negative about the system, it's that the sensitivity settings have to be reset after you charge the cameras, but truly it only takes a minute to set them back. Overall I'm very happy with my system.

Great battery life, great video quality, easy set-up, great app features.

I love these Cameras! The battery lasts about 3 months between charges and they are very easy to install. You can even watch someone approaching and use the microphone to tell them to leave, or whatever you want to say. Wxcellent also for someone with kids and you can tell them to come inside the house. I bought 4 cameras then went back and got 4 more for my mom's house.

We purchased the Arlo Pro wireless camera system for our community watch program. This four camera system allows us to discreetly view & record the street coming into our neighborhood. The cameras are easily placed on metal objects or mounted to trees or fences and with the skins, they are hard to see if you don't know they are there. The battery life depends on the amount of traffic that triggers the motion sensor recordings. We charge them about once every ten days. A friend who has this system monitoring his business hasn't had to change the batteries for nine months. We are able to easily monitor the recordings from our phone or computer and the system stores seven days of recordings without a fee. You can even watch cameras live, though that uses more data. My only complaint is that I don't feel the output is truly HD quality. It's clear enough to identify the make & model of vehicles and people walking past are identifiable, so it's good, but it could be better.

This is an easy setup that is clear and works flawlessly.

Currently have five cameras setup, no monthly maintenance cost, easy setup. I purchased extra mounts and outdoor skins for two of the cameras.

Set up outdoors to monitor front yard. Good camera. Takes some getting used to as the motion detection was a little different than used to. It works best catching things crossing in front of it. Once positioned correctly, camera works great.. Getting connected to network was easy.
