Great product, easy to use. High quality video and no monthly fee. Only complaint is a minor delay when the video starts.

Great for areas where you don’t want to drill holes for wires. The rechargeable batteries las a long time. Two weeks of use and still at 89% battery life. Clear video even in dark.

I bought the Arlo Pro system when it was on Thanksgiving sale. It was easy to set up with my wifi network. All 4 cameras work well. The best thing is the rechargeable batteries.

Arlo is a great security camera. Very easy to install, text messages you When there is motion at the door. Can watch it live or recorded. Every motion detected is recorded and put in the video library. You can hear sound and also talk. It’s very clear during the day and I leave my porch light on at night so that is very clear at night also. Really great investment!

Very good camera, it is very simple to install and easy to use. Would highly recommend. Have the camera for a couple months and batteries are still strong and long lasting.

These cameras are a little pricey but for a good reason. They are great quality all around. They are super easy to install too. I did have a little issue with one of the cameras at first with the connection but I was able to fix it. The only thing that bothers me is that most cameras these days want you to pay for cloud storage. It does include some free storage but I like the peace of mind of having 24 hour recordings. I guess you can plug in your own memory device but I haven't done that yet so I'm just relying on the motion-activated recordings. The Arlo app is pretty good too. Overall, great camera option for sure.

First of all, these cameras operate on rechargeable batteries. Knowing that, these are not constantly recording. They only record when it senses motion or sound. If you want 24/7 recordings, this is not the product for you. But if you want something that is easily installed and completely wireless, this is for you. This is the new Pro version of the Arlo that just came out a month ago. Because it's so new there are some problems. One that I've run into (as well as other in the Arlo community forums) is that when the IR night vision option is turned on, it creates dozens of false alarms and recordings. This is something that they need to work out, probably with a firmware update. But if you turn off night vision, it works fabulously. There are some other minor glitches such as duplicate views of the same camera in the app (e.g. Cam1, Cam1, Cam1, Cam2, Cam3). This will probably be fixed in an app update soon. Video and audio are both crystal clear. The battery life is much longer than the standard Arlo cameras. I've been using mine for a week and the battery show 97% capacity. So it has a long time to go before I have to charge it.

There is nothing I don't like about this system. It's easy to setup, extremely versatile, and high performance. The battery lasts surprisingly long. I'll be buying more.

For a consumer video product especially a wireless one this is a good one. Video quality is good and range on cameras is as well. Setup is easy and there are adequate mounting options for the cameras. The free cloud storage is a very nice addition. The mics pickup sound well enough. Overall a solid product. the sound level coming from the cameras is very low. If you intend to actually speak to people over these it will be an issue. The recording tend to run in 15 sec lengths even if you tell it up to 300. I have mine set to 300 (max) and it will record continued motion it just does it is short clips for some reason. You don't miss anything but is a bit of a pain. I think the cameras when you buy them one at a time are priced a little too high. The delay in notifications is not terrible but should not be your first line of intrusion notification. The delay will be hard to get around because the is a cloud based product. When the camera senses motion it does not go from camera to base station to your phone etc. The trip is much longer than that. Wish it had HomeKit integration.

I'm very pleased so far with my purchase. These cameras were easy to install, I don't have to pay a monthly subscription, and they give me added reassurance of the safety of my home for an affordable price. I purchased these after hearing reviews of friends that have these cameras, and ultimately I think this was a great purchase. I love the convenience of the cameras being wire free and the ability to charge them and put them right back where they need to go. I would recommend these cameras to any home owner looking for just a little more security to add to the comfort of being at home.

I got a quote from a security company for 4 outdoor cameras. Wow, made my Arlo Pro 4 pack a super bargain. It was the easiest and most intuitive set up of any electronic I have ever owned.The only thing to note is when you are prompted to do the firmware update (on the base and all cameras) it never tells you when the update is complete. I prefer the 1 hard mount over the magnetic, however the magnetic mounts work fine and are secure.I ordered to extra hard mounts and I currently use 2 magnetic and 2 hard. I also ordered colored skins which really help the cameras blend in. Some reviews complain about audio quality. I have no complaints with that and have found both speaker and microphone to exceed my expectations. The instant notification to my cellphone when motion is detected is awesome.Then recording is started (set to your preferred length ) which is be downloaded to cloud and the clip can also be downloaded to you device for long term storage or emailed. Video quality is adequate, not great and obviously much better with increased lighting. The night vision works great and quality is also adequate. Arlo pro battery life is pretty good. The one at my garage door which records the longest and gets the most use by far will last about 2 months. Based on current battery life indications the other 3 should be between 3 to 5 months. I highly recommend the Arlo Pro and have really enjoyed it. It is not only a great security addition to you home, but a really cool toy!

We purchased the 4-camera Arlo system. It was easy to install and set up, even though we had no previous experience doing so. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I like that Arlo saves the last 7 days of recordings, at no additional charge. If you wish to keep more than 7 days, then you need to purchase a Cloud package. So far, 7 days is sufficient for our needs. The daytime recordings are superior as compared to the Ring Pro camera. Ring recordings skip during playback, Arlo playback is consistent. That said, Ring has a better night vision camera, in my opinion.

I was very sceptical about a wireless camera system for my new house. I love wires and think there is a lot of reasons why a security camera system should be closed circuit, but with a lot of research decided to give this system a try. It works perfectly. The cameras are great quality in daylight or at night. I went with this wireless system over others for a couple of reasons: 1) The cameras connect to a base station and then to the network. This means that is your network goes down, the cameras keep working. The base station also has a USB port so the recordings can be stored locally. 2) The cloud recordings and playback are free for 7 days (you can pay for longer cloud storage) which is more than enough given i keep local copy via USB. The great things about the system: -The cameras are small and completely wireless. -The cameras have a magnet on the back that connect to the provided bases or mental. -Super, Super easy to setup -The app is easy to use and the notifications are really fast. The app even allows you to create modes (armed=sends notifications, disarmed=no alerts) -The quality and look angle are great -The base station has an alarm (i tested) that would be useful if you were trying to scare someone off, it can be trigged remotely through the app. I don't work for Netgear and have no professional or personal association with this product. I am just very happy with my purchase. This product is very well thought out with great execution​.

We originally bought these cameras as a 3 pack to keep an eye on the dogs at home & to see our front yard. They are extremely easy to set up, and the wireless aspect is perfect. The first pack we bought and set up fine, but when it went to chafing the batteries, it would not work; we found out we must have got a bad cord or charger. I have read other people say they had this same problem. Luckily it was within my return date & Best Buy let us return and get the item new. Things have been great since. I also love that you can talk through the device, and even set a loud alarm off.

It's a very easy to install system and works directly with your WiFi. The app is also very intuitive. It's features include a Mode function which lets you customize the the types of notifications you get and who besides you should get them I like that the system is expandable (i.e. you can start with one camera and add cameras as you need them. Cloud storage of your video clips is free for up to 5 cameras for 7 days. There are subscription plans available if you have more than 5 cameras and/or need storage of clips for more than 7 days. Overall good buy for the price.

Great wireless camera and very easy to set up. Batteries will last as long as most wireless camera. I would definitely recommend this camera to a friend.

I was hesitant to buy this item because of its 720p image quality. I bought it hesitantly when a neighbor recommended it and the reviews were pretty good, in hopes it would save me from having to buy a wired system. The Wi-Fi in my room is poor and the router is in the back of my house, and I was setting these up in front. In order to help with this, I also purchased a Google Wi-Fi mesh router system. Arlo, coupled with Google Wi-Fi, connected flawlessly and I had no issue with setup at all. I used it in my room a bit to test quality. When it's panned out, the image is pretty good. It's when you zoom in that the lower quality becomes evident. You cant pick up any detail. I set it up outside, overnight. I was able to connect to it with the app, once it was setup at home. I went to work and was easily able to view a live stream or any recorded motion detected alarms that were set off. But again....i do not recommend this if you require an outside security camera where you want a crisp detailed image, especially when you zoom in. I do think this is a good option for inside your home, though. I experienced no lag when streaming. Everything worked smoothly. I would recommend, but not for the purposes of an outside security camera.

So easy to use and install! I have been testing how long I can go without charging the batteries. So far it's been 5.5 months and there's 12% left. This camera is triggered multiple times a day and still holds that much charge. It's so cool to access the video from anywhere, send them to anyone, and download them. The video gets triggered so quick, I don't know how it's possible. I have it pointed into my driveway. It starts recording the moment I step out of the garage door. The quality of the picture is amazing. I highly recommend this product!!!

This system is awesome completely wireless can be used on both the smart phone or desktop with live feeds and HD quality. Battery life is great.

The Arlo is really convenient because it is battery operated, wireless, magnetically mounted, has wide viewing range and a very clear picture. It also has 2 --way audio and a live view so you can speak to someone at your door or in your house. We purchased a 4-pack as well as the 30 day Cloud storage of recordings. I'd say the only challenge so far is that it is HIGHLY sensitive and picks up even the slightest movements.
