We got a great deal on these. But the cameras show a great quality picture and real time. Each camera has voice activation through the app and they work indoor or outdoor.

Easy setup and directions are clear but could use better instructions for use of the app - took a while to figure it out. Solid and quality cameras and hub. Good, quality purchase.

Great system and very easy to install/set up. The picture quality could be clearer. Also the video is about 15-30 second behind real time. I have had multiple systems and this is the best I have owned so far. Easily control and receive movement notifications via the app on my phone.

Great camera system easy installation. Although setting up the Arlo app is not hard to do getting into do set up is a pain and so is try to contact customer support.

Arlo Pro 2 is the best investment we have made for our home this year! Makes our house feel secure when we are here and away!

I use these cameras all around my property within the wifi range. It seems to cover all floors inside and outside my home. The app on my phone alert me at anytime day or night with editable features to customize for my needs. Remote access is my favorite. I give it Two Thumbs Up!

Great security camera! I got the two camera set just to have one on the outside door and one in the hall. In less than one week I was able to notice who was taking my packages. The 1080p is good though not great considering there are higher resolution cameras however I'm happy with this. The Arlo app is not bad too. I give that a 9/10 as it crashed on me once while I was registering but not since then. Installation was fast. I had it ready for install in less than 10 minutes including updating the firmware time. (quick instruaction: 1. Download the Arlo app. It has play by play instructions. 2. register if you haven't already. 3. pick the base and update it. 4. pick the camera style and update it. 5. You're basically done unless you want to rename and set rules. There you go. Overall this was really a great investment at the price range and I will be buying more add on cameras since I love it. Do your research and see if the Arlo Pro 2 is the right match for you.

This is a total plug n play system that anyone can install within an hour. As long as your wi-fi reaches where you want to place the cameras, you're good to go. WHAT did we do before Arlo cameras? Now I don't even have to close my blinds in the back of my house because if someone came close enough to look through the window, Arlo would alert me right away. I've been using these now for 5 weeks, only had to recharge one camera one time - placed on the door we use daily and let our dogs out of several times a day and it runs while they're out. Bought a set for my Parents for Christmas since we liked them so much and the ease of use is incredible. They are not very tech-savvy (neither am I!), but they can view the alerts in the app and adjust things just fine. We still have not signed up for any additional privileges in the app that you can buy. The services it works with right out of the box are working just fine for our needs. Bottom line, the price you pay at Best Buy is truly the cost to own and operate the system - no further monthly fees or purchases necessary.

It works. Service is free...to a point. Can't have more than 4 or 5 cameras. They charge you just for trying to connect more. Communication is almost impossible through the app. Can only be charged by their special USB (comes with 1, don't lose it). The camera can tell when it is plugged in by the special one. Don't go with less than 1080p. This level of video quality is minimal. Might want to consider the 4k. People who look similar will be indistinguishable. Like if they made 5 people with identical key features line up like in the movies, you wouldn't know which one it was.

Great video, night could improve but works like a charm as promised. Word to the wise …. in setup do not set camera straight on at what you want in coverage but use side to side if possible. Activation is continues to cell phone if you don't use side to side. I needed a camera for security this works great.

These camera are crystal clear and so easy to setup that anyone can have them running in minutes. I have tried numerous other brands and find that for the price, easy of use and overall reliability, they are top notch! The Pros are good, but the picture quality in the Pro2s are amazing!

The batteries have last over a month so far. Very clear cameras. Only thing we don’t like is they are a little delayed but that’s probably due to our internet service.

Referred to brand by friends. Nice setup. A little confusing adding 2nd user profile. Only issue is access to rechargeable batteries once installed in higher location.

Easy to set up for outside monitoring. Sensor picks up all meaningful motion (pkg deliveries, fox passing thru at 3:00 am!l, etc) without being triggered by trees blowing in the wind. Arlo APP works great for reviewing 4 separate video feeds. Meets my needs perfectly. Very happy with purchase.

We bought this system after experiencing packages taken after a delivery was made to our residence. We installed the cameras on the outside. Great price as we got them on sale and the app is easy to use. It's a comforting feeling knowing we can see what's going on around our house when we're home and or away!

Love these cameras this is our 2nd set. upgrade from 1st version to get the audio and talk back options . easy to setup and install, works great only con is the lag between connection to the camera from the app. free app up to 5 cameras easy to use app as well

As long as you have a solid wifi network this is a great solution. It's easy to set up, easy to install and it just works. The batteries last a good while - easily more than a month depending on traffic and there are options for solar or AC charging. We've added a third camera and again, easy.

This was easy to install and is functioning as I expected. Since the lock down, I have been home most of the time since the installation but today I was out when someone rang the doorbell and I was able to see them and talk to them while I was 500 miles away!! It's perfect.

This set up in a few minutes and works really well. the mounting brackets to up with just one screw and the cameras stick on magnetically. The history is really easy to access and go back to see any event quickly. It is also easy to save an event from the history. Great product.
