Best Buy Tech Squad as been here three different times to solve problems and install the system. The first time they came was April 23rd to do the installation. They came again about a week later and it still was not operating correctly. Then, they came on May 9th. Hopefully, it is now operating correctly. Even though it was supposed to be installed in March, it was not in our possession until April 23rd.

Great camera system. I bought two but one camera has enough range to get the entire area I need on watch. Super easy set up, the batteries last for a long time. Overall great purchase.

The cameras are very good. You need to learn the app to make the best out battery life

I put these up around my home and in my main interior to keep an eye on the kids when I'm in a different room. The resolution is great and I really like the geofencing schedule so its set to alert and record when we're not home. When I had to be at work and my daughter would come home from school, I could talk to her through the camera to check up on her. The battery life was sufficient. Because I have 4 cameras, I purchased the extra dual charging station and extra batteries so I can change them out and never be down a camera. The night vision is clear. Takes some time to focus but still works great. I'm very happy with my arlo system.

We had the Geek Squad install our camera's. Great Guy's! Have had the camera's for a couple of weeks now. Work great, easy to operate and view on our phone or computer. Highly Recommend!

Battery like soso. Sometimes it has a delay detecting movement.

Not nearly as good as the Arlo 4 pro. the only better feature is that you are not forced to have a subscription.

Great option vs the more expensive models available. Has nice features--really like phone app, which allows monitoring and adjustment of settings very easy. Easy setup and installation

I like the ease of setting up these cameras. No wires to mess with so I can move them any where I need them and the batteries last a long time.It was 3 weeks before I had to charge 1 of them.

Last year we purchased the original Arlo cameras for mainly outdoor use. We ended up returning them. They were good for indoor but not very clear for outdoor viewing. We decided to try again and purchased the Arlo Pro2. We have a very large outdoor area, so we need cordless cameras. The Arlo Pro2 is sooo much clearer. It picks up the least little movement (even rain or if a leaf flickers) and sound. That darn bird chirps every morning! You can set the sensitivity to more or less, whatever you prefer. Great night video. Covers a large area. I love that you can check and interact with your cameras on your mobile phone or online. We plan to add more cameras. Highly recommend the Arlo Pro2.

This security camera set was easy to install and hss been easy to use. Wireless, free online viewing, free storage of week of recording maskes this a great product all around at this price level.

I tried this product after reading a little bit about it. I started with 2, then I added another 2. I installed them myself and completed the whole setup without any issues. I love my Arlos!

These will be an absolute stellar product once the pricing comes down a bit. In comparison to the original Arlo cameras this adds increased resolution and additional features to recording but as it stands I ended up preferring the originals for a price to value ratio. However, these performed admirably with a perfectly clear picture and great response times to the 2-way voice functionality. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for these in the future.

At first glance it appeared to be more in getting all cameras in order. But it wasn't. Very easy, great clear picture too. After a couple days we did adjust a couple and move another. No big deal.

we put these up a month ago and so far they are doing what they are suppose to do. You have to go and set the motion lower or it drives you crazy with the notifications. other than that great cameras

I Purchased this system to replace my Lorex wired system. Set up was a breeze and the software is very easy to use. Because of the wider angle on these cameras, I need a fewer cameras for complete coverage. It took several days to adjust The motion sensitivity. The camera facing directly towards the street still seems to be activated by almost every car driving by. The only downside is the battery on that camera only lasts 3 weeks.( It’s not worth it to me to pay the extra monthly fee just so I can eliminate one or two zones for motion detection.) Even with a slight inconvenience, it’s still a great system with free seven day cloud storage.

I am impressed with the picture quality of the cameras. I like getting notice when movement is detected. Fairly easy set up. Could use more instruction on where to put cameras For best results.
