We are impressed with the easy of the system and detail we get on video. Battery life has truly surprised us.

These cameras have better video quality than my last ones, and the battery lasts longer. The app works well and it is compatible with my hub.

I researched many security cameras and arlo was always on the top recommendations. After buying it i do recommend this product. Set was a breeze. I like the ease of set up overall and interface with the app is simple and user friendly. I have moved my cameras to different places and the camera bases are easy to set up by placing a nail or screw. There is a leg in getting alerts and the feed but I’ve had that with ring also. I have good internet so it just be an internal feed issue. Overall i am satisfied and recommend Arlo

We had purchased this camera to keep an eye on our pets. It covers the whole room! It’s also wireless so you can move it around without the hassle of wires, the battery life is about 2 days in a busy area, also we noticed a delay in the video about 3 sec. it’s an expensive camera compare to others that can do the same out there.

Very user friendly. Was a little scared didn’t know what to go with. If that’s you buy these. They are so easy and work great!

This system worked right ot of the box! I had purchased other camera systems. They did not. I didn't want to spend this much, but they work!

Directions were easy to follow. The pictures and videos stream pretty much in real time.

The image is good. However unless plugged in some feaututes are not available. The geofencing feature is only available while plugged in so if u intend to put it out doors you will be receiving a notification every time a car passes by on the street. Only recommend for indoors.

Less than a month in a torrential rain put one of the" Waterproof" cameras out of commission. I took it down an dried out out and it's working now but I'm worried it may be damaged. I don't like Best Buy because they give you 14 days to return? That's insanely short anyone-fa if time for the price of their items. The reason is they want ppl to " buy" a warranty. A warranty should come with anything you buy. Consumers should not have to buy what is basically insurance on their merchandise. It's a sketchy practice and had it not been on sale and just easier with the covid issue I would have used Amazon. Now I'm most likely such with a camera that is damaged after claiming to be waterproof and can't take it back. Never again... Best Buy. Your 199.00 warranty is ridiculous. You should staff behind you products and not put that burden on the consumer.

Everything went well except that one camera went "offline" while I was on vacation. When I returned, camera and battery were broken on my driveway below. Unsure how it went down but doubt foulplay. It is possible that a high altitude acorn knocked it off. The acorns have been so large my car has dimples where they hit. No worries, Arlo support made it right by swapping out the parts in question. I plan to tether the new camera with fishing line. Arlo system and support are among the best systems out there.

Anybody can set this system up. Tools-Cordless drill and Ladder. I'm overall happy with this system as it gives me ease of mind from being burglarized twice in 4 years. If there was anything I would complain about this product it would bed that there is about a 3 second delay once motion is detected that it starts to record.

The Arlo cameras are easy to set up and good quality video

The camera notifies you each time it senses something, even a bee. The app is sluggish and God forbid there was an intruder at the door, they’d be inside by the time I can pull the video up. And then they came out with the new 4K Arlo a couple months after I got this one.

All in all we're happy with our new Arlo system. It was very simple to install and set up. The only issue we seem to have right now is a delay in the live video feed time but that may have to do with physical limitations of our home and wifi network. Arlo has a great community forum online that we've been using as we work through this.

We bought these cameras with not so high expectations. However, these cameras have incredible picture quality and super easy to install/set up.

The rechargeable batteries make things so much easier. The 1080p picture is great and being able to talk back and forth is a plus.
