I like the cameras but I find it wrong that if you have over five they want you to pay for each camera because that’s all it allows you to register to the base or you can sit here and buy another system so either way the amount each month per camera they want you to pay or buying a whole new system you come out of pocket. Next problem I have I want to put one in my window didn’t want to put it outside and it doesn’t work so I called customer service and see why the motion sensor won’t go off when is directly in the window and they tell me I have to put it outside I don’t see why you’re going to make a product and people can’t put a camera in the own window or It will not work I think you spend this much for these items it should be able to sense and pick up being in a clear window

Super simple to set up, the clarity is what you would hope for, I would purchase again without hesitation.

Cameras were easy to connect and base station was too. Great to see what is going on outside and the recording is nice too

This item had great reviews when I purchased them but these were not for me. The battery life drained so fast when motion was detected even when I decreased the sensitivity. I took them back and purchased the Nest system which is way better.

Theses cameras are a great addition to any smart home. Only on issue that I have found, the ability to have 2way communication through the camera is a bit lack luster. Hard to hear if you are on the camera end. I don't use that feature much so it's not a big issue for me but it may be for some.

After contacting my WiFi carrier and having a tech come out to my business, it was recommended that I contact the manufacturer of my router so they could manually add security codes. This was too time consuming, so I returned the security system. Disappointed! This unit probably would work fine for home purposes???

I love Arlo products. This was an upgrade to my other Arlo Pro system I previously purchased. Great video quality and other options.

For most people, the 2 camera Arlo camera package with the base unit is the sweet spot. You can have up to 5 cameras on a single base unit with the free service, so 3 more can be added. I added an indoor Q camera, and have been happy with the results. You can speak through the cameras as well as hear, although the volume is a little low. I also purchased two external power adapters, but they aren't necessary, they just add convenience. Having a robust internet/Wi-Fi connection is essential.

I live this item except for its clarity and lag rime. The pictures are not as good as I would have liked making it hard to get a clear picture of what is going on. Also there is a lag time before it starts recording so a lot of time the incident has already happened and all I get is the individual walking away etc.

Working flawlessly right out of the box. Longest part of the process was deciding where the 4 cameras should go

Additional system to cover another area. Lots of great feedback if there are any questions. Works well.

Great picture quality, great camera system! Sends notifications if there is movement detected which is super awesome!

After purchasing two cameras before Arlo Pro 2-2 cameras I have found this one so far to be the better.

I did a bit of homework between nest and Ring and I am happy I chose the arlo system. Easy to install and use.

Arlo is very easy to use and install. It is a great security camera coming from Arlo. This is my second set.
