I purchased this camera system because I saw footage of someone else’s system. The quality of their footage was amazing. I purchased this in addition to a Ring doorbell camera because Arlo only offered and audio doorbell. I spent over $700 total for both systems. I decided to do inside cameras only and only needed two, because the Ring camera covers a lot of square footage outside of my home. The Arlo system had not been opened, but the box was unknowingly. I went to return/exchange for the smaller Arlo system and Best Buy rejected me because it was past the 14 day return policy. The product had not been unpackaged and everything was still in its perspective places unopened. Very disappointing and hundreds of dollars wasted. For this reason I will no longer purchase items from Best Buy

Purchased cameras for recently purchased home. Got them up and running with solar panels Once installed had to move one camera due to all the activity which ran the battery down and solar could not recharge fast enough. Once repositioned love the system and it’s ability to distinguish between animals and humans. Only issue was the camera I moved had the threads pull out from the back of the camera since it’s a metal sleeve in an a plastic camera housing

Went with Pro 2 for the 1080 and picture quality. Installed very easy and works very well. Great Price also I thought.

The camera quality is definitely not 1080, even when the camera is plugged in and next to the base station, router, and modem. There is no option to rotate the image 45 degrees or 90 degrees. The motion detection usually only records 14-26 seconds even when there is constant motion going on in front of the camera. The "speaker" on the camera cannot be heard even within inches of the camera. The motion detection works on approximately 75% of the camera's view so don't expect for it to catch anything in the corners of the camera or anything towards the bottom and top of the camera. This system is very overpriced and I wish I had not purchased it.

We purchased this and we love it! Works great even catches bugs that fly past it! Serves its purpose for the price!

So far I love this setup. Had a few hiccups here and there while viewing events. One thing that is weird is if you are watching an event on the app and your wife gets on the app it will kick you off..... so only one person at a time I guess.

This is a great setup that does not require you to drill holes or install long cables. We aren't too comfortable with Wi-Fi based cameras because (I may be a conspiracy theorist, but) I'm sure SOMEONE has full access to these that shouldn't, and we have to trust that they won't take advantage of that. So, I keep the Arlo box unplugged until we leave the house. The system itself is amazing though and it requires no monthly fee! The app is 10/10 as well.

I initially was hesitant to buy this system because of the price. Then decided to jump in when Best Buy was running it on sale. I'm very glad I bought the Arlo Pro2, it was an easy set up and has in the month I've had it worked very well. I will probably be adding another camera or two in the future.

The best outdoor wireless security camera system out there! Battery life is long and usually around 3 -5 months long as long there isn't constant activity setting it off all day long everyday. Works with the Alexa devices so on the Echo show you are able to get the alerts and see them as well if you wanted to. The App is very easy to navigate and simple to understand.

Great deal on the Arlo 2, price match and all! The 1080p really does make a difference. Remember to do your research. Yes, they are wireless, but they do need a wire to charge the batteries which is understandable, however beyond that they do not offer all of the new features unless they are wired constantly.

Awesome product. Really easy to use and the app works perfectly! Wireless is a winner for me.

Great resolution on camera. Battery life is good. High definition and great bluetooth connectivity.
