I gave this item three stars even though it did not work for me. All of the fault does not belong to the system. The system is internet based only and needs a fast internet connection to work. If this system would use my local network for local viewing on other devices on local network (iPads, Echos, etc) then use my slower internet to upload clips to the cloud and remote viewing then it would a much more useful product. Instead if someone rings the doorbell and the camera was triggered the video feed is going out through a slow upload and then back through the same download connection to see it on my WiFi fed devices. If it would stay local to my fast local network there would be little to no delay. We returned this system and 2 doorbells. I would only recommend to someone with a very fast internet connection.

System is awesome. The app is great and integrated well. Extremely easy to use. Great piece of mind when away from home.

Little frustrated with it at first. It worked right off the bat and then when I disarmed it I could not get it to come back up again. After five hours on the phone to the company and I ended up in Thailand for two hours then all of a sudden it started working. The help From Thailand was extremely kind

Works great in HomeKit with my other HomeKit cameras. Easy to install and no issues connecting to HomeKit.

Great value for a set of home security cameras! Easy to install and use!

I like these cameras a lot. The only thing is that only record when they detect movement, but it's good because it saves memory. And the attachment to the wall is a magnet, so I have a little difficult to focus on where I want it. It's modern but it works perfectly.

This system represents a decent value compared to competitors, especially if you buy it on sale. Setup is simple. Mounting is easy. Note that some features are only available if you keep the cameras plugged in, so if you plan to use wireless hookup exclusively you will have a few limitations.

Everything is going well so far I have not gotten all of the cameras installed yet but it is great so far!

Great product overall my family loves it we use it everyday and for the price not to bad.

Overall is good if you are looking for wireless WiFi camera. Easy to setup. Night version is not good, around 10s lag if using outside (may depend on your WiFi speed, mine is 100M download/10M upload)

Installed cameras in 20 min including updates to firmware. Very clear pics. Mine are 1080 I’d like to see. 4k

I have been using this from the past 2 years. All the 4 cameras were working fine initially and holding the charge for a few months. But after sometime, one of the cameras started losing its charge very soon and within a few days after recharge it was going to 0%. I tried to swap the battery of a good device thinking that it was a battery issue but the battery was draining faster only in the faulty camera. Currently, it is so bad that I have stopped using it and only use the other 3 cameras. I am disappointed that one of the 4 camera's is losing charge so quickly.

great picture and easy to use The only thing I am not happy with is that the charger cords are not long enough

Works great and easy to use as a beginner. Works great on the outside and the clarity of the picture is great.

This ARLO system is easy and ready to install. Once synced, it works great and good clarity on points of interest.

I love being able to watch my house when we go out of town. I will be hero g more cameras soon.

Great cameras has a really good picture like that it works with Amazon Alexa too easy to set up highly recommend

I CUT the CORD with my outdoor NEST cameras WAY too many wires and difficult to hide and drill through walls. I still have NEST inside the home the IQ that tracks and has facial Recognition capabilities. I have one exterior NEST on my Shed. BUT I have 7 ARLOS outside as I have a larger home and 2 acres of property. Sure its all WIRELESS and needs to charge periodically but the batteries last fairly long and are POP off POP on for charging I LOVE EM
