I am not able to talk to any technician online which is not good.

The hardware is excellent

They do need some help on the Application for iPhone though. If you want to look at one system and then another, you need a cheat sheet. The Application cannot remember both systems.

They're no longer making the Pro and Pro 2 Systems... So you have to buy a storage plan with the newer/higher def systems... The new systems are great, but not downward compatible with the older accessories plus the resolution difference and the increased storage costs were not worth the money... to me

They offer a lot of paid options for recordings and free seven day recordings. you can also download video and save for future review. I have had these for a little while and wanted to wait to give a more accurate assessment of function,accuracy,and quality. I highly recommend the Arlo products!!
