Bought this for my family in New Zealand and the home is so safe now!! The product works so perfect with so much precision and clarity

Purchased an additional system for my vacation home because of how satisfied I was with the system that I bought for my home.

It provided a view of areas that needed some extra attention! Works great - a little delayed on the signal but it is still fine.

Love these cameras! Our main concern was if the batteries lasted a long time between charges and were and have been relieved to learn they do!

Works okay, but unless you pay for the monthy support it doesn;t have many options. Trips on every leaf, bug or even passing clouds. Picture quality at night isn;t very good either.

not really good to setup outside, the magnetic mount is cute but not necessary. very good camera for indoors

Great looking picture. Love that they are battery powered and can be put anywhere. I use these to check up on the dogs while we are away.

I would look elsewhere for security camera system, one of the cameras had a defective and it has been a nightmare to deal with support. They are very unorganized and provided me wrong information twice, even cancelling my replacement because they "thought" I received it. So, 3 weeks later, I am still trying to get a replacement camera. The build quality does not seem to be durable enough to withstand the elements for long periods of time. Also if you don't have them plugged in, the battery life is very short.

We bought this for our shop. Very easy to set up and the pictures are crystal clear. We got the 4 camera one and it's worth its price!

I love the fact that you don’t see ugly wires all over the place. They work and look great. Battery life is great.

I have many arlo systems and love them all. The arlo 2 seems to have hit the sweet spot in price and quality.

The Arlo cameras are easy to set up and use. Picture quality on the arlo pro 2 is great. Battery life is good and charging is quick.

I don’t think it’s worth the money. I did not own another security camera to compare but Arlo freezes sometimes and the it’s not easy to use when you are trying to use the speaker as it freaked up so you can’t hear a response on n a remedy manner.

Good system. Somewhat difficult to access by internet.

It was extremely easy to set up the connections of the included cameras to the base unit, and the Arlo does feature several modes, however, in terms of overall functionality I was really disappointed with the strong recommendation from Best Buy staff for this product. I found the cameras generally fail to start recording from the beginning of an event, and then cut off even though people are still in frame or some action is happening.. The first gen Logicircle camera does a much better job and I regret not going that way for my new system. Even the Live feed is about 15 seconds delay

I purchased Arlo Pro 2 and was super excited to start using it, but it turned out to be waste of money I'm not able to return. I was not able to install it right away, so basically it's been just several days and I can state that it doesn't work. Cameras goes offline for no reason and the app usually signs me out and requires password (when something is happening outside and you need to look at fast). The main problem is that you expect this to give you some piece in mind about your security, but it's not the case at all - since you can rely that cameras are monitoring your perimeter, when it's off. And yes - you will realize that only next morning or upon return to your house and try to "disarm" the system. Main problem is that since it was my fist purchase with BestBuy - I never realized it's 15 days, so now I'm stuck with a defective product which I'm not able to return.
