Don’t waste your money

They are a waste of money. Our cameras in our home consistently die. Have done everything to try and make them last longer. Arlo customer service sucks. They were supposed to send us a different charger since they stated we had the wrong one (mind you it came in the box with the cameras) and we still haven’t received it after 3 months of them saying they’d send us a new one. Waste of money!

Very glitchy

Tons of glitches in the software and I actually had to have them replaced about a year into owning them. Do your research before buying.

The camera that is sitting right beside the wireless router often looses connection while recording. I have exchanged the camera and it’s location without resolution.
