I only gave it 4 stars because you have to pay for storage and the cameras do not have any alarm system if pulled off their magnets like my other system does. Still a great system.

Battery issues

The charger does not charge well. We contacted the company and they sent a new charger but I think the third party dual charger we bought from Amazon seems to work the best

Very disapointed in the Arlo wireless system.

Keeps losing connection to the internet even though the Internet router is less than one foot away. It is a wireless system. batteries need recharged daily. Worked with the sales staff, and was concerned about the length of battery life. Was assured it was two to three weeks. Will not return for any security systems at that store. I am looking at other avenues for my security and electronic needs.
