Easy install; decent capture

The software seems a little glitchy and the picture quality isn't perfect, but it's definitely meeting my needs.

Great System, Tech Support Lacking

Tech Support really depends on who you get. System does work well when it works. Tends to go offline but that could be due to our internet.
