This camera offers a pretty good battery, great resolution, and for the people complaining that it doesn’t pick up on the motion right away, that is correct there might be a one second delay in recording but it also has to do with how close the camera is to the base station, if you can get it in good range this camera will work very well for the price

These cameras are a great way to keep your home monitored at all times, the batter life is great, and the no wire option is a must have to keep spaces discreet and clutter free. I have tested the google nest cameras and I believe Arlo has the upper hand with weather resistance, no messy cables, easy to set up, and an intuitive app that works great on android and iOS.

The HD cameras are great even during the night (night vision is crisp). The recording is reliable, and it comes with 7days cloud storage, which is great. If you have a Google Home and you want to arm the camera system when you leave (and disarm when you get home) with the google assistant, it'll only work with IFTTT, but that's simple and works like a charm.

Good cameras. Wish there wasn’t a cap of 5 cameras on the free service. As much as they cost, and if someone is willing to pay for more of their cameras, it shouldn’t have such a low cap. It’s not like they give more than 7 days of free recording on the free trial. You have to make more accounts if you want more cameras and to stay on the free subscription package.

The Arlo cameras were easy to install and offer great features.

Night Vision range inadequate for any outdoor installation at only 25 Ft-Useless Snow on the ground also whites the image out at any brightness setting Most features like zone trigger are extra $$-not good for anybody on budget looking to protect themselves-you could buy a second system for what they charge monthly and at least have more video coverage of your property Outside mountings and fixed power cables are all options at extra $$ Resolution and zoom are good with Pro 2 I can walk in front of cameras and they may or may not trigger with sensitivity set at max Notifications sent 2-3 minutes after capture...too late to call police especially if the intruder is inside already Bottom line-this is an indoor baby watching system only and not real outdoor/indoor security system I would look at something else as this is no where the quality I have seen in no name systems- I thought NetGear was top notch but not in this case

Love the ease of use with arlo, but not terribly pleased with video quality. Definition on faces is not real clear... would be difficult to identify an intruder. Wish it were better, but at this price point, not bad.
