The only drawback, as I see it, is that Arlo wants you to 'buy into' their online video system. It is not a bad price and I will get that when my 3 months free time is up.

These being white I only wish the rubberized pieces of part of the camera resisted fading and were more resistant. Otherwise great investment and love capturing various wildlife at day or night

Not all functionality is available if they are not connected to a power source. I will probably buy the solar panels to get all functionality.

Easy to set up but needed more supplies

However, it only had one short cord so it was not easy for me to set up for non battery use. I had to get the plugs and cord to complete my set up.
