Very satisfied with the cameras just wish the batters would last a little longer.

Very disappointed with mounting device. Had to purchase the old mounting device at an extra cost. This meant I had to make an additional trip to the store to purchase an old mounting device. I would alert any friend that the mounting device is different from the original and might not be as aesthetic

I am happy that I made this purchase during thanksgiving. it is still holding its price as it was 6 months ago. It works perfectly with instant notifications.

Great options that works together. The app controls my cameras, security lights and my video doorbell. Easy to set up. You can configure one to trigger the others.

Having some charging fault issues. Trying to resolve. Excellent color and night vision.

I expected to find anything wrong with these equipment, but I was wrong. So far no complaints. The App to control the device and cameras from my Samsung phone works excellent

We love our Arlo cameras! It's so nice how you get notifications to your phone when motion is picked up. Also to be able to talk back and fourth on them is nice for many reasons.

These are staged all around our property and the wireless part is the best. We get an email with the battery runs low, do a switch a roo and move along.

They have the option for setting motion zones but they require constant power to use the zones. The whole point of these was to be battery powered so they can be put places normal cameras can’t get power. Also, very slow to start recording. Someone walking would be halfway across the screen before it starts recording.

Would like to give zero stars. Purchased this camera after researching some of the other well known brands. Very disappointed. The camera lags in live video, motion detection rarely works, and it stops recording randomly without notifying you. Because I trusted this company and camera I have missed important events that I needed recorded multiple times. I have gone through the steps to trouble shoot, but no fix. So far I’ve been in contact with Arlo support for over 1 month and all they have done is asked me the same questions over and over and put me through endless troubleshooting. Terrible customer service. Save your money and your time.

Very easy to install. App walks you through the process. 1080p video is crystal clear, even at night. Have them all mounted outside (bought the pro mounts). Highly recommend.

The cameras are great but with most software improvements would be nice. All in all though it’s probably the best out there which is the reason for the 5 star rating.

There is a significant lag between real time action and and the video feed. It records well after programed, which can take a minute. Even though it comes with a home base and four cameras, it doesn't come with four chargers or mounting stations. You have to buy accessories. I suggest the solar charger for outdoors.

Great cameras because if the wireless freedom to put them anywhere

Battery life is excellent and taking them off the magnetic mounts is easy for charging when necessary. Installing them is easy and overall the product is great.

this did the job and worth it if on sale, I would buy this again
