The setup is easy , but the battery life sucks

They say battery should last 6 months but the best I’ve gotten is 30 days. This means you have to unmount the cameras to charge them and then put them back up way too often.

Cameras are fine but support is bad

They have BROKEN advertised functionality with SmartThings rendering the integration useless. After the community of users called, provided tech info and feedback, Arlo support has now refused to provide any information on if they will fix it. They have started to point to SmartThings as the culprit. They are ignoring requests to make fixes. They believe breaking existing functionality and breaking advertised integration is okay. I’m sad to say that Arlo quality and support is now so bad that after being a user for years and someone that recommended them to others, I now no longer recommend the use or purchase of their products. We CAN’T TRUST our security to a company that doesn’t care about its customers. #ArloCameraSupportStinks #ArloCamerasDoNotTrust
