Very good product. No need for security subscription.

The cameras at first appeared to have a great picture during the day . But started to notice it was not picking up a lot of things like a deer that played in my yard for 20 min in camera view . And multiple other times like myself getting into my car , even though I passed my camera got into my car and drove off it never captured . The night camera was useless. unless it was in a very well lit area you are not going to be able to make anything out at night .

I like this product but the only thing is u have to subscribe to them in order to adjust the sensitivity of what triggers the cameras

Bought this camera and I'm dissatisfied with the life of the battery. I have to charge every 2 days

Purchased this high end product and suspect that the company has made recent changes over the last year because the experience has been very disappointing! Only one of the 2-camera kit worked as the other did not charge correctly. Even though you spend more, you should not expect more as it took my several hours just to find a way to contact customer service via chat. I tried the phone but the wait time they announced was 60 minutes (no- that was not a typing error- it was literally 60 minutes). After three chat message interactions over a couple of days, they said I had to pay to send it back for a replacement. Really?!?!?! I buy your high-end security bundle brand new and because it doesn't wotk out of the box, I have an additional cost to send it to you?! On top of that, the resolution was disappointing and not nearly as clear as I had anticipated 1080 would be. The most painful part of this experience for me was how terrible customer service is regarding this product. I would likely make a different choice if I had to do this all over again.

What I don’t like is it doesn’t notify you if it’s off line or if internet is out. It only came with. 1 charging cord and you there wasn’t another to purchase.
