    Clarity of videos are horrible only lasted 3 months of clear videos and now it’s all grainy. I threw my money out the door. Do not buy

    I recently bought the 4 pack of cameras. Install was very simple. Downloaded the app on iOS, and it walked me thru the process. I am using the cameras in the house for now and arm the system when I’m away. They so far have worked great. The picture is clear and can see a large amount of space. The cameras also pick up sound. That seems to work decent. The ability to watch live and then decide to record works good also via the app. I use this now for when work gets done at the house and we cannot be home. Like others have said it would be nice to set zones to arm. Right now u arm it and if it detects motion it starts to record. The recording schedule could be easier to set. It is a bit complicated to set up a schedule to arm and disarm. Overall I like it. It works for what I need it to do.

    Very disappointed. This is not a good camera Poor picture quality. Instructions were difficult to follow. Still not working as expected. Customer service rude * of no help. I would not recommend this camera to anyone. Just a big waste of money.

    My Arlo was hacked by neighbors, and they started to delete video recordings at will. It was that easy. Purchasing Arlo was a waste of money. I called Arlo to subscribe to the option of 24/7 recording, but the rep wasn’t able to activate it.

    Arlo claims that the base station siren is 100db, but this is NOT TRUE. And after going through support they say it won't work properly" but can't give me a definitive reason. Returning for a product that does what it claims to do.

    Easy and quick setup with great wireless features

    This is from the perspective of an owner of the original Arlo and the Arlo Pro 1. As with previous Arlo systems, Netgear has done a great job of making setup super simple and easy. It's very quick to connect your base station to your router and sync the cameras. It was quick to remove my previous system and to add the new base station. You can also reuse older cameras for the new system (big plus). The new Arlo Pro 2 cameras have better resolution of 1080p and is noticeably sharper than the previous cameras. It also has a CVR feature (continuous video recording) but requires the camera to have plugged in power plus a upgraded paid plan. I don't use this so I can speak to it. Like the previous Arlo Pro 1 cameras, there's 2-way talk on the cameras so you can speak through the camera and also listen to the Camera's mic. This is handy if you have the camera at the front door and need to speak to someone at the door similar to an intercom. The new system includes a super loud siren in the base station that can be turned on from your Arlo app. This can be handy if you need to scare away intruders. Pros: wireless 1080p cameras indoor/outdoor, great resolution, lots of features, easy setup, great build quality, free cloud recording for up to 5 cameras. Cons: expensive (keep in mind the free 7-day cloud recording for up to 5 cameras). I received this system from NETGEAR as part of a review and test program.

    I had heard about the wireless camera systems from various companies and wanted to delve in but was hesitant due to mine and my wifes tech skills and the negative reviews on here. We were both pleasantly surprised to learn its extremely easy to set up and get going. We have the 2 camera system and have one setup outside the front door and one outside the back door and they have really put our minds at ease when it comes to amazon deliveries and such. The included "Video monitoring in progress" is a great deterrent. Im not sure what the complaints are regarding night vision as I have seen no issues whatsoever. Overall the quality of the video and sound is much better than anticipated and I recommend trying for yourself as its always returnable if you dont like. 5 out of 5.

    Great clear picture for only the first 10 feet, after that its just blurry. Also they sell you a 6 camera system, then you only can 5 Cameras free for recording there is the con!!!!!

    So, this is an upgrade for me from the Arlo. Set up is super easy. The directions are good, and following along with the app is a breeze. I can see the picture quality is clearer and more crisp than my non-HD cameras, although I didn't have any issues with the other cameras at all, they are perfectly fine. The microphone option works, people can hear me and I can hear them. Motion sensor recording is sensitive, but I think that is a plus. As soon as I had the cams synced they needed an update, but that took maybe a minute and it was done. I would recommend these to anyone. I'm actually going to buy a set for my parents. I haven't noticed any issues with the night vision, the picture is clear and the focus is exactly what I want. I'm glad to have Arlo Pro 2!

    I thoroughly enjoy this security camera system. I'm so impressed with the sound and image quality; it's much better than I was expecting. I mean...sheesh...nighttime video quality amazes me every time I review video clips. Speaking of video clips, I really enjoy the Arlo app. It's great because I'm curious to see what's happening at home while away. Setup of the camera system was easy; you don't have to be an IT guru to get everything going. The size of the cameras themselves are small enough to the point where you can tuck them safely "with" other décor and they're not extremely noticeable to visitors; amazing and just what I needed. I needed a security system just like this without the contractual commitment. Thanks Arlo!

    Spent over 400 dollars for these and the picture quality was horrible, I use a 20 Wyze camera and get better pocs

    Bought this with high hopes but never got the camera to pair up and mergers would only suggest I return it. Didn’t even offer to replace it. So I returned it and bought something else. Too excited expensive to be unreliable

    Might have been a faulty system, but it would not connect even when I was in the same room as the base. Purchased for an outdoor system and was not hitting my needs. Returned it instead of trying another one.

    They did not work properly 90% of the time have not been used for over a year it just another fixture on the house !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The video quality is OK. But I'm changing the batteries at least twice a week per camera. I currently have 6 cameras on the base station, so I need to change at least one of their batteries everyday!

    Complete trash. Continuously lagged, wouldn’t record at times and when it did, the recording would be 5-10 seconds. I turned them in and got the Arlo ultra 2 instead.

    This security system was very easy to setup. The hardest part for me was camera placement, but it was more about angles than the install itself. These camera's being wireless, you can put them anywhere within range of the base. The picture quality is great, and you can zoom in and even setup up motion detection zones. The Arlo app is great, and gives you access to all the settings for your camera's. I have one setup overlooking my front door and porch to keep an eye on my Best Buy packages arriving, and the other is in the house facing my back door. This system gives me peace of mind knowing that if something ever does happen, I'll at least have some video to help out the police.

    product - no good support - horrific This product and support isnt good. I have a monthly service and yet I cant even log into it. Support makes you wait HOURS and still no answer...

    The camera broke after 5 months. Tried to contact Best buy and the manufacturer's customer service is a joke. Waste money. Buy something cheaper and it's been working great!

    Worst system I ever bought never work install was a pain in the A.. On line service don't exist called several time no all is in the trash , PLEASE do NOT wast your money ..
