    VERY DISAPPOINTED I bought the cameras I do not like how fast the batteries run down you charge them up and in a month they are down. A couple of them have just gone dead

    This system has never functioned properly. Its "geofencing" mode works approximately 50% of the time. I've lost count on how many trips from home have failed in that the system failed to switch to "armed" and as such.....remained "disarmed" while away. Troubleshooting the system with the support staff is a waste of time. The language barrier is a huge part of the problem. Last time I was on hold so long I had to shave. I haven't done my research on the better systems out there but i'm convinced this system must be on the bottom of the barrel. Look elsewhere for a security system.

    purchased 5 cameras and solar panels. Have fiber gigabit service and 4 point wifi mesh. Nothing but problems. Tech support and customer service would have to improve JUST TO SUCK. cannot get a call back by sr tech (tech support somewhere in middle east) Cannot reply by email because it doesn't work. the link to the case they sent me to respond to doesnt work. just tried 24/7 chat which said unavailable. wasted $1000. Would not recommend this product to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Here is my take on Arlo Pro Cameras DON'T BUY THEM!!! Here are my reasons why: app doesn't load all the time, website is always down or says you need updating, And the BIGGEST come to find out just after 1 YEAR WARRANTY, EXPIRES -AND MY CAMERA FAILS and there is no repair support! I even offered to pay to have it fixed and was told there a throw away CAMERA system!! They do not repair anything they just throw them away! but if under warranty they will replace them with new ones! SO BOTTOM LINE ALL THE MONEY YOU SPEND TO BUY THEM IS ONLY GOOD FOR 1 YEAR!!!!!

    I bought this thing because I urgently needed a was to monitor for activity of a mother raccoon because I had found a baby and needed to know whether he was an orphan. I bought it and tried to set it up, following the prompts. When it tried to verify my email I again followed directions, but received an error message. I tried several times. I tried chat support but was #18 on the cue, so I phoned and have been on hold for an hour. I tied to access the community but couldn't because my account had not been set up. I'm returning it tomorrow.

    It auto logs out in less than 30 mins! Sucks

    Just bought this b/c of the reviews. Easy to install HOWEVER, it automatically logs out in 30 minutes or less. Talked to Arlo tech support and was told that there's NO WAY to extend/disable the auto-logout feature. This totally defeats the purpose of a security system. Every time I get a push notification that there's been 'motion' on one of our cameras, I have to log in and wait for the camera to load. Unbelievable! Apparently in 2019, there was an option to stay logged in for up to 12 hours. Not in 2020!! DO NOT BUY!

    I purchased 4 Arlo cameras with 2 Arlo solar panels. The battery life says a couple of months and mine die within 1-2 weeks the absolute most. I pay extra 10.00 a month so I can setup motion sensors/activity zones so I can get alerts in only the areas that I want. I continue to get notifications even after the zones Are setup, and then the zones are actually recreated by itself to whatever it wants to put. In total I’ve invested over 600.00 between these 2 cameras and also solar panels. Not satisfied with the amount of money I’ve spent.

    Easy set up yes, However the night vision stinks. Cant see anything without a light on, No zoom, Outside of basic function its ok. Disappointed at the price for this. NO HELP on issues either.

    So i upgraded to the pro2 hoping for an HD picture What a disappointment. Colors completely distorted , low light worse then the org 720p cameras! Wow what a waste of money

    Arlo App renders system useless

    Although the hardware may function, one would never know since there are ongoing issues with the app so that the entire system is rendered useless. Their support team is useless and the outages go on for days on end. At some point it magically starts working, at least until the next release. Been fighting this for a year, never any better. Buy something else.

    Brought the cameras a couple of months ago. They are already broken. Half of the cameras do not connect. The other half that are connected take FOREVER to load on the app. No it's not my wifi connection or data because I've tried to connect on multiple devices. The company throws their hands up and says better luck next time. Look at the Arlo application reviews on your smart phone and you will see I am not the only one who is having problems. Everyone has a 1 star review with similar issues.

    Worked good the first 2 months but I’ve been having problems a lot with these cameras, nothing seems to work good, image is always glitchy and video quality isn’t as good.

    Very poor in providing hardware... almost no hardware provided, only one charging cable/ outdoor plugin for 4 cameras. It is kidding! I would overlook all these if the connection was nearly good as other cameras I have. Going to get rid of this from my house asap... on top of that ARLO added a subscription fee for all this non-scenes...

    I AM GETTING MESSAGES OF MOTION DETECTION EVERY 2 MINUTES, I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CAN'T UNDERSTAND ME AND I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEM!!! THE CHAT LINE IS ALWAYS DOWN OR YOU WAIT OVER AN HOUR AND THEN GET DISCONNECTED. WHEN YOU GET THROUGH THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK AND DON'T. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
