Bought this in March 2019 and it has worked spectacularly!! Easy to set up and use, very customizable, excellent videos and great camera wide angle features to include night mode.

I like the whole system. Pro’s are the great picture quality. Notifications were good after I adjusted them down. Charging is easy, but more frequent than I like. They last about 10-20 days. I got two solar panels for the ones mounted on near my roof. They are well worth the price and ease. The total installation was very...VERY Easy. I have been using this system for 6 months now and I am happy with it.

Our family feels much better knowing we have Arlo. The video clips are clear and the motion detection is excellent. We have one camera that has a battery issue but aside from that we love the product.

Extra super easy to install. No wires to run at all. I didnt think a magnet would hold the cameras up but it has a super strong magnet mount that attaches the camera to the base and it withstands all the wind and snow. The only downside is that the motion is very sensitive and turns the camera on to record if the wind blows the branches around. So you have to recharge that camera after about 2 weeks

Arlo Pro 2 wireless cameras work great. Very easy setup to the base and my internet. Picture is crystal clear 1080p and love that they have sound.

great set of cameras. easy set up and placement is a breeze. i put two outdoors and two inside. the outdoors run on the batteries alone and lasted 5 months without having to recharge. i live in florida where it rains all the time and they are fully exposed to the elements. ive had no issues. i have the two indoor cameras set up with the active zone feature which is a nice way to differentiate where you want motion detected. if the cameras are too far away from the base you will lose wifi connectivity but thats normal. i also linked my set with some older arlo security lights through the app and that was seemless. good product and support.

Purchased this wireless camera system as a backup and I loved the ease of use and setup. I recommend to all. Great video reception to any of your smart devices in 1080P!

Love this these things. They came out the box working and will let you know the status of every camera. You see it, talk to it and the dust start flying, they see see us type situation. I had blink, sent it back. The Arlo is a set and will give you a status any time you need it. I love the email they send me when the batteries are low. I purchase the continue battery charger for this system, now the batteries are backup power. You got to love they things, I do. I got the best of both worlds. Set these things and you will be given their status. You can bet they are better than Blink, hands down.

The videos are laggy, and the sensors often miss people and don't activate the cameras until they have almost completely exited the frame, so I end up with a video of their backs. Proximity zones are very ineffective. Also, the talk/speaker function is basically unusable due to a delay. Definitely cannot use in real-time. Battery life is not 4 months, more like 1-2 depending on amount of activity. Also, the cameras often only record 10-15 second clips, even when people are still in the frame. I even updated the settings to record indefinitely until people leave the frame, and updated to the paid service for extended recordings, and it is still not working. (Ended up catching someone stealing a package from my doorstep, but Arlo broke the 1 minute video into 3 separate 20 second videos, even though the culprit remained in the frame the entire time.) There is no customer support phone number, so you are left to communicate through their website contact forms. Lastly, the mobile app is very buggy, laggy, and often requires closing and re-opening to see the latest videos. Not happy with this purchase, would return if I could. Will be purchasing the Ring cam and discontinuing use of this product. Wish I would have done my research first.

The Pro 2 was my first time security camera purchase ever. I read through a lot of great reviews and a few bad ones. I went with my gut feeling and went a head and ordered. After receiving and getting everything set up and running, both batteries were low battery even though when reading through the quick guide it states that the batteries for the cameras are fully charged prior to being packaged and shipped. Once batteries were fully charged and cameras were installed everything was great. I couldn't have been any happier with my purchase until 3 weeks later to get a notification that one of the batteries was dead and the other one was low. I then did a little more research. I readjusted video quality to 720mp to help reserve battery life. that was upsetting as the point of purchasing these cameras was because of the great quality video. Also you do have to purchase outdoor mounting prior to installing outdoors and I also would recommend on purchasing the solar charging pads if you do not want to constantly remove batteries from cameras to recharge as they do not hold a 3 months charge after fully charging batteries, as stated in the manual!

These cameras are incredible. Very visible and the audio is very clear. Great buy and your can monitor on your own. Very easy to use and install.

This is a good system of security cameras to use and easy to install. Also very good picture quality and can be focus . So far so good on its features and very reliable.

Disappointed with the video quality. Easy to install, but had better expectations. Wouldn't recommend.

I use it to monitor elderly family. Easy startup and installation. I've had it for about a month and it works great, day and night. Now i can provide assistance to help them through they're struggles.

I bought this for fill my husband for Christmas. We are very pleased with it so far. The picture is very clear and was also very easy to install and use. I would highly recommend this unit.

Love the camera and the fact that I can just use the batteries instead of cable connection. Works great and have a long life span! like 2 weeks worth of battery life!

Cameras were easy to set up and install. The pic quality is really good. Batteries are running down quicker than we thought. Just been 3 months and needs to be recharged.

Works well, I have it set up so it only records motion when my phone leaves the house. I just placed the cameras on shelves so it was a very easy installation.

The Arlo system is easy to install and comes with everything you need. We purchased an extra outdoor mount because the kit comes with one and we wanted two cameras outside. The camera also doesn't like Wisconsin weather below 10 degrees Fahrenheit. It won't operate until it warms up. I was very impressed with the battery length. Everything else is fine. It's a great system for the money.

This system is great. The app and ease of set up are 5 stars. The battery life seems to be good as well. It took well over a month for any of the 4 camera I have to need charging. The only problem is I took a camera down to charge and it somehow disconnected from the system even though it wasnt totally dead. The camera would never reconnect and it had to be RMA replaced by netgear. The process for replacement could be better.
